The Berlin location is hands down my favorite place to go! My sister and I visit weekly, and the experience is always amazing. V and Tyler are incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable. We had questions about the app and our rewards points, and they took the time to walk us through everything step by step, making sure we fully understood how to navigate the app and redeem our points. Their patience, knowledge, and customer service truly set this location apart. We always leave feeling taken care of and excited to come back!
It doesn't take half an hour to make a smoothie with six ingredients especially when there's nobody there and it's as dead as it was.
