Great hidden gem right on the chamberlain highway! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven right by but didn’t know it was there.We got the Zack Burger, the good morning sunshine, a large fry, and the Reece’s peanut butter shake, everything was delicious!

I stopped at Zack's Burgers and Shakes on Saturday afternoon, and had a great experience. I ordered a mushroom burger, garlic fries (omg) and a strawberry milkshake. I ate inside. Everything was clean and the food came promptly. I think this is a hidden gem. I'll be returning to try other items on the menu and order more fries.

Food was good. Kind of bummed the buns were not toasted on the burgers, but I will ask for that next time. The cheese fries and sweet potato fries were big portions!! A group of four could share one as a side.
Quick, friendly service and really reasonably priced. The burgers and fries are perfect every time - old school and simple. Easily our favorite burger place in CT.

So glad I decided to try a different burger spot than my usual. This is a hidden gem. Friendly and fast service. Burger was good and made as ordered. I definitely recommend the garlic parmesan fries! They're crispy and the best I've had. I'll definitely be going back.

Overall place looks kinda crowded since you walk in there.Atmosphere was decent. Girls who were servicing were awesome, very helpful.Burgers..kinda like regular burgers, nothing fancy about it.Fresh veggies tho.I really liked the milkshake there, with whipped cream and cherry on top, really good.Fries were very crispy, but oily. You could smell that burned oil. Not really enjoyed them.
My wife and I recently moved to the same town that Zack's is in and I happen to stumble upon it . Their foot long's and french fries are to die for and their shakes are very good also. It's been my second time there and I'll always go there when I have a craving for a foot long. I can't say enough about the servers. Always attentive and very friendly. Zach's is a diamond in the rough and I highly recommend going there.

Found this place by accident due to traffic detour on way home from Timberlin golf course! Drove by this little plaza many times and never knew there was a burger place was in the back. What a find, great burgers, fries and shakes. Friendly service, have been back once already, my kids love it!!

Went here the other night to pick up some burgers and fries to go. The staff was quick & friendly to greet me and get me in & out quickly.The food was good, and prices were reasonable.I ordered the Shroom Burger, and I did see it comes with a "House Sauce", but I didn't realize that the house sauce is Mustard! I suppose it is partially my bad for not asking what the sauce is, but figured it was probably some sort of secret recipe. I never imagined even for a moment it would be loaded with mustard. I wiped off of much of it as I could, and it made it much better. I will probably get food from here again but will definitely order without the "House Sauce"/mustard.Mustard on a burger is a little odd to me, but on a mushroom Swiss burger... Crazy talk!French fries and Sweet Potato fries were good, as was the milkshake...Update (4/13/2023):Finally returned here and ordered a Mushroom Swiss Double Burger without the House Sauce/Mustard and it was good. The Crispy Fries were crispy and tasty. The burgers and fries were nice and hot.I had the Salter Caramel Milkshake and it was cold, thick, sweet, and tasty.This was a much better experience.The staff was friendly as they were last time.My advice… No House SauceKid-friendliness: There were lots of young families with their kids enjoying dinner when we were here.
