Bought dinner from the restaurant last Saturday. I was surprised to find the restaurant, but glad that I did. My daughter who is a picky Mac and cheese eater, ate a whole side of Mac and cheese by herself. That speaks volumes in my house. Looking forward to returning.

Picked up PK’s for the first time tonight. It was some of the best food I ever ate in my life! I got the Asian chicken, and my husband got the Chicken and French Toast. We ordered at 6:15 on a Saturday night and were told to pick our food up in 45 minutes, which I think is great for a weekend in the summer. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The chicken was especially great. It was perfectly fried. The portion sizes were generous. I ate half of my meal and saved half to eat tomorrow. My husband ate his too fast to get a picture ?

Ordered takeout. "sassy" wings and chicken and french toast. Overall very pleased! only reaosn this isn't 5 strs is doing takeout and that is not PK's fault, food is never as good takeout.Sassy wing. excellent they were crisp in a different way than traditional wings and juicy. I would describe the sassy as an extra sweet, sweet chili sauce, a little heat, a good amount of sweet, but my hands were swimming in sauce and super sticky like usual with wings. And the fruit as a very nice touch and offered a different experience than carrot/celery while still accomplishing same thing. Ate 4/10 wings knowing I had a big plate of chicken and french toastChicken and french toast - wow, looked gorgeous even in takeout. Definitely prepared with love and pride. Can only imagine if this was served in restaurant. 2 big thick slices of french toast. even for a dinner was only able to eat one slice and half the chicken breast.. Very tasty though. Would have liked it hotter, but again takeout. I'm sure in restaurant it would have been better. The chicken was a little dry. Again I'm gonna chalk that up to takeout. But since the wings were still juicy, so maybe it was a little overcooked? Anyway I have to comment about the berries and HOMEMADE whipped cream! what a treat to get homemade whipped cream and not redi-whip from a can. Soooooo delicious. And the fruit...beautifully prepared strawberries blackberries and raspberries. I don't know if they are getting fruit the supermarket isn't or they have a secret trick to make the fruit delicious, but this fruit was amazing considering it's not even berry season yet. The fruit and whipped cream were so good they should think of offering a fruit cup desert with these fruits and a dollop of whipped cream.Overall, extremely pleased, high quality of food, care in preparation and very ample portions (any suggestions how to reheat french toast tomorrow morning?) Will be back one day, to enjoy dine-in!

PK's Restaurant is a game changer, something different, not like fast food chains we are accustomed to. Great food, cooked to order, Fresh!!!, I recommend the Wings and/or seafood salad, amongst PK's many other choices. When you receive your entrée the representation enhances the aroma and the flavor and all of that together represents fine cuisine. Food is tasty. Today was my second visit. I have to say that service delivery needs some improvement- we waited over an hour for our food. We had to ask for utensils and ended up getting them ourselves. 1/2 items on the menu arent available, specials included. No cornbread or biscuits were given while we waited, which is a staple. Best bet is to cal ahead or dont come starving!

This place has the absolute BEST WINGS IN CT. Juicy, fried perfectly, crispy, well seasoned. I also had the french toast and let me tell you, whatever sauce was drizzled on it and the fruit, was sent straight from Heaven’s pearly gates. YOU HAVE TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Absolutely horrible service!!! I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend & his family. We arrived at 11:45 a.m and didn’t receive our food until around 2:20 p.m. The waitress would disappear for long periods of time, saying that the other side of the business was busy but there were no cars or people inside! Half of our table received their food while the other half was left hungry. It was around 3 o’clock that my boyfriend and I decided to pay for our food and leave. Our bill came out to $79.44. After leaving we discovered that the waitress told the other members of our party that because of the long wait they wouldn’t have to pay. Later on that evening my boyfriends mother got a phone call from the restaurant stating that they changed their minds and they would need some form of compensation. Completely unprofessional. Today (one day later) I got a notification from Cash App saying that I now have a negative balance because the restaurant changed my bill amount to $144.92!! They went back in their receipts and charged my card an unauthorized amount, otherwise known as FRAUD. This is absolutely not okay and I will be pursuing legal action if this isn’t rectified.

Had takeout! The wait time was an hour for pickup, but it was worth the wait. The pride in the dishes was seen and presented beautifully even for takeout. Everything we order was delicious and substantial portions. Who knew Chicken and French Toast works! Shrimp and Grits were great too. Spicy Chicken looked so delicious and heard it was but the name spicy is accurate! Will definitely order again.
