Asked about turkey from this location got a extremely rude response from a employee named aliyah that well we don't serve that here i know its hard to find employee's right now but someone with that attitude shouldn't be working there I know I won't be back I see the owner is responding to the reviews but something needs to be done to save the location or I see it shutting down
Do not go here....I adore Boston Market but after going here, it makes me not want to go back . They don't have turkey or barely any sides. The employees were very disrespectful and not helpful.... SMH
This isn't a positive or negative review. It's a learning lesson really. You have somebody that orders from a restaurant through GrubHub, but turned out to be doordash, restaurant was Boston market. Is the food great? Does doordash do the best they can delivering food to customer? Yes. Does it go terribly wrong on often? Yes, wrong food delivered, end up paying for correct food but correct food should have been redelivered or picked up in person at no charge, ends up getting three meals for the price of one, not what you want. My recommendation to folks is if you order something and you get the wrong order just get your money refunded 100% don't use the same delivery service or order from the same restaurant that evening. Just order from another restaurant. Because what happens is customers, delivery services, restaurants, things tend to snowball and more mistakes are made when you want things to be corrected. Once it goes south. Let it go. Keep the food that's wrong and eat it or throw it away, get your money back & just order from another restaurant. Examples I'm using here Boston market doordash customer in my case nobody was wrong. But nobody wanted to let it go, everybody wanted to make it right, and when you have so many hands in the pot so many aspects of getting that food ordered somebody putting the order in somebody cooking the order somebody picking up the order somebody delivering you order and in this world we live in now with ordering online being so popular it's always busy and mistakes happen. Best thing to do is let it go, get your money back, restaurants delivery services and customers and people making the food shouldn't try to correct a problem. Just refund money 100% don't try to fix it, it just usually doesn't work out. Hope I'm making sense. Not insulting anybody. Just giving food for thought, no pun intended, lol.
Service took a long time, we were only 2nd in line. Staff seemed not motivated. The people in front of us had a question that they avoided. Our food was dry, warm, not too flavorful. Tables were dirty and chairs were hard, very hard. Price was $26 for two lunches.
2/4 things of my order were missing for a pickup order. Had to to remind them of my drink, and then foolishly didn’t look in the bag to see my side was missing as well. Didn’t think it’d be worth it to haul all the way back. I seemed to be the only pickup order and no other customers in the joint…
I'm very angry about what to go. I spend today 4/30/22 in my BM order they didn't ship: my complete order lacked mashed potatoes, 1/4 chicken, the rice was cold the breads they sent were the same as the menu indicated and the cold food arrived very cold in general what a disappointment.
Decent food and you can have a balanced meal. Better choice than fast food.
Good food for takeout but i didn't enjoy eating in.
I hadn’t been to the Bloomfield location in a while and suggested it to Mom on our way home. We got there around 5p, one person sitting, no line in front or back of us. 3 people working, 1st young lady seemed clueless as she had no idea what was in the spinach or anything else. Long story short… chicken was small/burnt, cold soggy veggies, stuffing was very dry, spinach cold and corn bread was hard as a rock. For $30 it was effin terrible. The 3 piece was so small and when Mom pointed it out, their response was “they’re small chickens.” I said that meal is not worth $13 or the extra .50 charge for the creamy spinach. I will NEVER go back. And to the Owner… save your BS offer to sign up for Rewards.
I just Boston market, the service was amazing, young lady jada was very helpful. Food was great as always I’ll be back next Sunday for church dinner

The staff is so rude and no one is ever on the same page, you go online they tell you to go in and order, you go in to order they say to order online. I wanted to verify an order placed and a staff member hung up on me.
This place is disgusting, the chicken burned up and hard, the side dishes was dry looking cornbread burnt. This place needs to be closed down. It's sad cause this was one of the places in Bloomfield you could get a good meal from, NOT NO MORE!!!!!
Had my first desserts. they were kind of pricey, but very tasty.
we ordered through door dash - my pot pie was horrible - the chicken had a funky taste and I only had a few bites before the taste made me gag. I threw it out and didn't dare try the cornbread. I don't know if the chicken was bad or maybe the vegetables. I am hoping that I don't get sick.
I will Never go back. Ordered 2 crispy chicken BLT sandwiches Sunday for my kids, never had them before but wanted to try something new. My daughter was almost halfway through her sandwich when she asked "what kind of chicken is this?..its slimey" I was completely mortified when I saw that my childs chicken was Raw. I got my money back but will NEVER eat there again!!!!
