Don't come here. Go to a different location. This location was yelling the whole time and putting other employees down. Our food was completely incorrect and cold (we dined in so how), and it was freezing cold.

It's not the first time I've ordered cheese toast and fresh potatoes and I've seen how they take them already done and put them to reheat in the fryer and they reheat it, they don't put the food in Fresh and when I let them know that I want it fresh they get upset all day today 12/30/2024 I ordered some fresh cheese toast through drive true and they reheated them. I didn't go back to the store because I was in a hurry but what they do is disgusting

Style Time

Customer service is so awful that I left and didn’t order anything (and went across the street to your competitor). A simple misunderstanding in an order resulted in labored speaking, endless attitude, and a confrontational disposition. This is a basic order I’ve placed countless times, and the ineptitude of that employee has made it so I won’t be coming back to his location.

I, Hazel Felix, am reaching out to address a concerning matter regarding the cleanliness of your establishment that I experienced on 10/20/24. The overall state of the restaurant was so unhygienic that it affected my appetite. From dirty tables to filthy floors in both dining areas and behind the counter, the situation was particularly alarming behind the counter. I urge you to make an unexpected visit to witness it for yourself. Due to these conditions, I will not be returning. If the exterior is neglected, can we trust the food we are served? I kindly ask that you address this issue with your staff promptly.

I have been to this location before and didn't have a problem. Knew people who worked here that were very hard workers. However, this morning, I went there for breakfast, asked for one item, paid more money than they said at the order station, them I get to my place of employment and find out that I was given the wrong meal. I was the only car in line and there was only one person inside ordering when I arrived so how do I get the wrong meal? Tried to go somewhere else than McDonald's or Wendy's for a quick breakfast. I would rather go here for lunch as they do good at that.

Not real happy
went in where they appeared under staffed. Cashier stepped asside to help with filling orders and assisting with the drive through while the rest of us inside waited roughly over 10 minutes since she stepped aside while a line built up behind me.

Finally someone took my order where I was charged over 15 dollars for a meal listed as 11.09 nothing indicated the fries and drink costed more other than an extremely small fine print that says “additional charges apply” finally we received our food with no napkins because staff forgot to add them and they aren’t out in the open accessible for customers to grab themselves. not happy really wish they were more fast for service and upfront with pricing. Had better experiences at plenty of other bk locations.

This Burger King in Bloomfield is awful, service is terrible, food is not prepared with quality most staff don’t use gloves. I witnessed a staff cleaning the dinning area and making a burger with no handwashing and no gloves.They all need to take customer service training ASAP from the manager on down. I witnessed a staff calling a customer out of her name. I do not recommend this Burger King
