Early New Years Eve dinner did not disappoint! Marty is always right there to seat us and our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We've eaten at Carbone's many times but this was the first time I tried the crazy carbonara... Wow! It was amazing... How did I ever get by without trying this dish! My husband ordered the short rib and it was cooked to perfection and presented so beautifully. We celebrated with a bottle of cab and with tax and tip... Under $150. Kudos...
I have hosted 3 memorial services here and attended another with about 50 guests. Marty and the staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs and can accommodate allergies, which is much appreciated. The menu has a good variety, the food is very good, and the quantities are generous. I highly recommend for your events.
Always great food and fantastic service, even when you have a big group, which is the case as I tend to go there with work teams. We are never rushed, and the ambience is fun, but not so noisy. You can’t have a conversation.
