I've been here a few times now but haven't written a review. It's in a convenient location on a busy main road. Depending on the time, sometimes the line is long and goes so slow. Other times, there is no line and service was quick. The food and drinks we ordered were always hot and fresh. I always use my Dunkin app to rack those points up for discounts. Overall, a decent Dunkin to get your typical Dunkin fare.

Every single time I have supported this Dunkin Donut my order is terrible!! No one answers, customer service is terrible!! Have yet to speak to anyone concerning my issue!! I can’t go back due to work hours! Also didn’t provide me with a receipt! I tried to use my own coffee cream still tastes disgusting. The muffin was stale!! 09/25/2024!!! I will not try again. This will be my 6th attempt!!

Went to this Dunkin’ Donutsto get a coffee at 7:30 pm and they closed already knowing that it closed at 8:00 so left me in the drive thru with people inside the store for 10 minutes and never got a service never will go back to store.

8:15 on Monday morning 1/22/24 I placed a order, which I repeated it twice to the guy that was taking my order, his response was so rude, he said I don’t have time to play with you, and then proceeded to ask me do i want to place my order , and continually to yell at me thru the drive thru, let’s just say I was bullied and targeted while I was placing order, that Dunkin is not a safe place to order from or visit

Ordered on the app and came to the drive thru to pick it up, the worker there was so rude. Tall white man or Spanish, very rude. Told me I should’ve said it on the order side or whatever he was saying. Did not even make eye contact, spoke in a rude manner.

Each time I've gotten purchased a drink from this location my drink taste like fish water. This is the second time this has happened. I called and of course there is never a manager there. This DD needs to close if they cannot get it together. And lets not forget the nasty attitudes.
9-14-23 @ 7am...They are all rude they don't say how are you doing they give you the wrong order. I go here because I've been going here for a few years and now the coffee is always wrong. I have to be at work by 7:30 so I'd be there by 7 AM to always get my coffee wrong and then when I bring it back, theres no apologize, can I give you a gift card due to poor customer service, nothing!!!' They handed me another coffee which it was wrong again, i just left it at the window..I try to give them the benefit of doubt but my god that morning crew is horrible..They look like they hate they job your just serving coffee whats so difficult about that!!! Morning shift is horrible. Thats it never again

I haven't been to every Dunkin in CT, but of the dozen or more which I have purchased from, this one is hands down the worst. I've ordered from them several times because of their proximity to the Home Depot. Sometimes the order is fine; equally often the order is wrong. They give something other than what you ordered, they forget to put something in the bag, or they make the drink the wrong way. For example, I've ordered a chai tea latte three times - without fail they will make a dirty chai.Even when the ordered are delivered correctly, the staff is nearly always rude, sarcastic, slow, and/or painfully unhelpful.

Drive thru only. Found something floating in my ice coffee and they said they can’t offer a refund because there’s no manager on site. Also had an incident where there was hair in my iced coffee. Stale food. Bagels hard as a rock. What a disgusting location. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I went to the Dunkin at 6:45 PM on a Monday evening. I ordered bagel minis I also was going to order a chicken wrap. and they told me they stop cooking food for the rest of the day but they close at eight.
