Worst of the worst. About a year ago, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a toasted bagel with a swipe of cream cheese.
I decide to give them a chance again because of staff changes. Yesterday I ordered a coffee with two of the mini bagels. Coffee was lukewarm, and the mini bagel was lukewarm. The staff doesn’t care about anything. They barely want to speak.
The staff does not care about servicing the public, and the food that they prep and provide. The guy mumbles through the drive-through intercom. Never will I go there again. I will go to the Dunkin in Windsor CT Who have their ish together.

Ordered an Iced Latte with French Vanilla, turns out it was just a cup of whole milk. Most expensive milk of my life 😂. Would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

The service at the drive through here at 445 pm on 5/9/25 had me incredulous on who does the hiring at this Dunkin Donuts. After having to repeat myself the seventh or eighth time, I gave up and drove to Starbucks. After reading the other reviews I'll add this. To whomever owns this Dunkin Donuts: fire the manager, and get someone who can hire/train a competent staff.

The bagels are like biting off a mountain. You can scrub a pot with the bagels at this location. Only this location. The people are nice and respectful.

Never met a bad Dunkin until this location. Gave me a rock hard inedible bagel. Asked for an iced coffee they gave me a hot, when I said it was supposed to be iced they just poured the hot coffee in a cup of ice so then I had a warm watery coffee. Just don’t go here if you can avoid it. Clearly there’s no proper management and they just hire anybody

I've been here a few times now but haven't written a review. It's in a convenient location on a busy main road. Depending on the time, sometimes the line is long and goes so slow. Other times, there is no line and service was quick. The food and drinks we ordered were always hot and fresh. I always use my Dunkin app to rack those points up for discounts. Overall, a decent Dunkin to get your typical Dunkin fare.
They open at 5:00 am. Half the time I go to this Dunkin no one is at the drive-thru to accept my order. It’s ridiculous. Staff the stole appropriately.

Every single time I have supported this Dunkin Donut my order is terrible!! No one answers, customer service is terrible!! Have yet to speak to anyone concerning my issue!! I can’t go back due to work hours! Also didn’t provide me with a receipt! I tried to use my own coffee cream still tastes disgusting. The muffin was stale!! 09/25/2024!!! I will not try again. This will be my 6th attempt!!

Went to this Dunkin’ Donutsto get a coffee at 7:30 pm and they closed already knowing that it closed at 8:00 so left me in the drive thru with people inside the store for 10 minutes and never got a service never will go back to store.
