I've been here a few times now but haven't written a review. It's in a convenient location on a busy main road. Depending on the time, sometimes the line is long and goes so slow. Other times, there is no line and service was quick. The food and drinks we ordered were always hot and fresh. I always use my Dunkin app to rack those points up for discounts. Overall, a decent Dunkin to get your typical Dunkin fare.

Location is convenient, but from my experience, it is not on par with other Dunkin’s in Hartford area. Multiple times missed items, wrong items … Almost everything I get here comes out fresh, and the employees are generally friendly … still, not as good service as the Dunkin on 760 Park or Blue Hills… I also think it’s funny that they built a drive-thru only restaurant across from where they’re also building a low income apartment complex (where many tenants will not...

Always there is some issue or the other here. Understaffed so sometimes if there are too many orders, food will get burned. Most of the time they are out of something you want to have. They close even before the closing time. Not a great service place.
