Teenagers work here half the time they could care less they see you walk in yet they do nothing but talk with each other most of them get the orders wrong especially coffee it's never made the way you want it.... It really depends on what dunkin' donuts you go

The worst location, there is only about 2employees there that do well, all the other kids are disrespectful and poor service. They don’t want to work. They lock the dine in doors at 4 in the evening everyday with enough employees to cover. They turn it to drive through only at 3-4pm the young manager girl is rude the kids are rude.Expect a 20min wait because drive through they only focus, even drive through you will burn 1/4 tank in line. ?Parking: People from drive through will block you if you park because the drive through line back all the way to road

I waited over 10 minutes before anyone looked at me or even acknowledged me for service. After a while they Looked at me they turned away. I asked if anyone was going to help me. One staff member said yes, I can help you over here, which was at the drive through window. Wow! Do I need to say more. Worst service ever. Drive by the location.

Customer service at all the Dunkins in Bloomfield sucks!! Unfortunately, all of them are under one ownership and she definitely has a do not care attitude like her employees. Dunkin headquarters should remove them from under the Dunkin franchise because they definitely give Dunkin a bad reputation. I support Dunkin seven days a week, but I may have to start looking elsewhere for proper service, cleanliness, friendliness and dependability. Even ordering through the app at these establishment is an hassle. Christina should be ashamed of herself for allowing this type of disrepect to her customers take place.

Horrible, super slow, they messed up both the orders of the cars in front of me, and messed mine up too. The service must be pretty horrible typically because in lieu of the happy advertising at the window there is a big red paper with the managers email on it and to immediately let them know if the service is bad and we are “working together” to make it better. Choose a different location!!!!

It says opens 5:30 am. When I got there at 6:05 it was closed - the place was locked, not really any lights on. Possibly had drive thru open only, but I seriously doubt it from what I was seeing. Didn't want to wait and find out and I didn't want drive thru anyway. Also, I noticed their clock inside was 15 minutes slow.

This sandwich was $5.29. The person taking my order was laughing and talking with her coworker about birthday money. My order was wrong when I got to the window. They charged me more. That was fixed. All my food came out disgusting. I tried to navigate the issue and the worker is acting like I'm begging her for food. I paid for.

Went several times and there's a lady that works there she's extremely rude?....out of 5 visits of the same exact lady getting my coffee wrong and also over charging one minute my small hot coffee was 267 then it changed after my last 4 visits it sucks !! When your spending your money and to get poor service unfortunately I won't be going back to that location!!
