I ordered on the Dunkin App. My coffee was made wrong and the girl refused to make it correctly. None of my food was ready. I was told one item was out of stock. I left with nothing and the girl dismissively told me that I could not get a refund. The customer service number is not in service. I can't believe how horrible the service was both in the store and on the App. It was absolutely horrible.

This Dunkin is like a tree going through its life cycle. One day you can get a good sandwich that looks like it was made by the gods, the next day you can get one that looks like it was cooked by the devil. The drinks also follow this same recipe. One day you’ll get your extra shot of expresso, the next day follows with nothing but a hot cup of water. So boiling and bubbly hot yet without your knowledge you take a sip and burn your tongue screaming out good heaven as you proceed to spit it all out onto your steering wheel, hands and lap. Then all you are left with is aura of disappointment.. mainly due to the fact that you’ve already drive down the road, away from the Dunkin. Barely escaping the death trap of a crossroad and headed towards your job. You come to the relaxation that It is too late. You are now committed to drinking hot water despite order hot chocolate. Bravo.
So if you like the idea of randomizing your food daily like a call of duty mystery box. Then by all means please join me here so we can indulge in qualityish food. The good thing is the staff is actually very kind so don’t be too hard on them. It’s not their fault the shitty machines almost never work.

Food is decent, subpar compared to most dunkins. Bacon is never crispy, bread/wraps are always soggy, cheese is sometimes not melted at all. Service isn't the quickest. Edit: hash browns were still frozen.

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin! The food is fast, delicious, and always fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Their prices are very reasonable, and the restaurant itself is spotless and well-organized inside. But what truly impressed me was their kindness toward truck drivers. When I asked if I could park my truck in their lot for a rest until the early morning, they immediately said yes without hesitation. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely appreciates the hard work of truck drivers, and this simple gesture meant a lot to me. Because of this wonderful experience, I will recommend Dunkin to all my friends so they can also enjoy the delicious food and outstanding service.
