Putting a 21% tip into the bill without giving the customer a choice or making them aware of this upfront is not acceptable in my book.

2 millions in tax fraud forcing the closing at Wintonbury square , reopens at Mountain View location and prices are absolutely ridiculous. Walked in and walked out. Inflated price gouging to comp costs. No respect for this company anymore. Used to be favorite place in Bloomfield

We are very happy to have Ginza reopen (under new management). The sushi was fantastic; we found it to be very fresh (even on a Sunday). The hostess was helpful, offering a suggestion to my son to try Toro (a fatty tuna) which he hadn't tried before, but he enjoyed. I liked that they had reusable chopsticks on the table, though they did not fit in our helpers (we asked for the bamboo chopsticks for those diners). The table we were at was spacious, which worked for our premeal game of Sushi Go. And the bathroom was clean 😊. It was a wonderful lunch and we are looking forward to visiting again.
May, the gracious hostess at Ginza, was instrumental in guiding us through their menu. With her expert recommendations, we indulged in a wonderful dinner, from the Love Boat (sushi rolls and sashimi) to the stir fried beef udon. Her warm hospitality and knowledge of the cuisine made our dining experience truly memorable.

Very happy Ginza has opened and hoping they just need time to fine tune. Hibachi steak was over cooked and noodles were very greasy. fried rice didn't have much flavor. sushi was ok.
