This establishment is subpar. Upon entering, there is no one at the front desk to check out, which is particularly disappointing. The ladies' bathroom has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty sewer and lacks toilet paper, exhibiting extreme uncleanliness. Some employees appear youthful and work at a slow pace. I will not be returning. The coffee has an unusual taste as well . Disgusting!

I've been ordering from this particular establishment for years. I'm frustrated because whenever I order food there it's always wrong. It's very annoying. Even when you speak directly to the manager regarding your food order it still comes out wrong. And it is the simplest request and they still mess up the food. I prefer to drive to a different IHOP so I can enjoy my food.

No soap in bathroom . Eggs as always ( firm as pre cooked in steamer ) 2-2-2 breakfast we both had . I'll have to order eggs over easy in the future .

The bacon tasted awful. I asked for a glass of water but never received it. I ×would not recommend this restaurant
I came in person today with my 4 year old to eat lunch. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby before we left. We were acknowledged and I told them table for 2 and was told to hold on. A little after, 2 older white women came in and were immediately sat at a table while me and my 4 year old are left still waiting and the restaurant is not super packed. We politely leave and my daughter is upset, I ordered doordash because she really wanted their pancakes. I order and there's several items missing. This location just needs to close down. Seemingly racist, dirty, terrible customer service, etc. I dont usually take the time to write negative reviews but I had to this time.

To day I went to ihop on cottage Grove Road Bloomfield , the service is very bad, the worse thing about it was , the bill came to $45.76 which I paid ,I did not leave a tip because of the service rendered. 14 minis later my card was charged $6.86 which I did not ourthorize. If they did this to me I guess they are doing it to every one, which is not good. Why would they do that they are basically steeling from their customers, if they do it to me how many other coustomer have they done this to.

Restaurants are being kept cold inside. I can't imagine how you expect to run a business displeasing the customers. Waitresses here are inattentive. The food is good. I found all the whites being seated in the large dining area, of which there were many, and the blacks being seated on the other small dark side where I refused to be seated. Looks like racism is starting to rear it's ugly head again.
Parking: These waitresses need to stop handing you your food and walking off. You didn't get all you needed and now they are standing off somewhere talking to each other while you try to get their attention, or you don't see them at all.
