This is probably the worst IHOP I’ve been to. Every time I order curbside pickup, I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes after I arrive. The curbside parking numbers aren’t even in order, which makes it more confusing. They also require you to call when you arrive, but no one ever answers the phone.

This establishment is subpar. Upon entering, there is no one at the front desk to check out, which is particularly disappointing. The ladies' bathroom has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty sewer and lacks toilet paper, exhibiting extreme uncleanliness. Some employees appear youthful and work at a slow pace. I will not be returning. The coffee has an unusual taste as well . Disgusting!

I've been ordering from this particular establishment for years. I'm frustrated because whenever I order food there it's always wrong. It's very annoying. Even when you speak directly to the manager regarding your food order it still comes out wrong. And it is the simplest request and they still mess up the food. I prefer to drive to a different IHOP so I can enjoy my food.

No soap in bathroom . Eggs as always ( firm as pre cooked in steamer ) 2-2-2 breakfast we both had . I'll have to order eggs over easy in the future .

Nyrieka “Riekaa” Drapatin
I came in person today with my 4 year old to eat lunch. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby before we left. We were acknowledged and I told them table for 2 and was told to hold on. A little after, 2 older white women came in and were immediately sat at a table while me and my 4 year old are left still waiting and the restaurant is not super packed. We politely leave and my daughter is upset, I ordered doordash because she really wanted their pancakes. I order and there's several items missing. This location just needs to close down. Seemingly racist, dirty, terrible customer service, etc. I dont usually take the time to write negative reviews but I had to this time.
