Tasty bagel sandwiches and good service. Well managed. The staff ironically flaunt signs with funny grumpy copywriting, but they’re so kind as people.

Atmosphere: it’s so so, but it’s in a Bloomfield gas station, so what can I really expect? Reasonable amount of soul, given the constraints. I like that it’s less commercial than its competitor. Also better than its other location where everyone speaks in a strong Indian accent.

Food criticism: it would be nice if they carried a better quality sausage than the standard garbage from US Foods or whatever. Coffee selection could be better and is an upsell opportunity for them.

Horrible! I ordered a hot chocolate nothing but oil on the top and when I called the lady at the front she saying there’s no way. So basically you’re saying I’m lying? I lived in Bloomfield for 27 years Horrible Horrible customer service. I eat here twice a week. The one lady at the cash register horrible.. bluehills location never again.

When I tell you that this place has the best pastrami melt in town. The food is delicious service is amazing

Best Bialy I have ever had and lots of other great varieties of bagels. I live in MD, My sister in law brought me a dozen bialys from Isaac's for my Birthday. (She knows how much I love them) We froze them and have been enjoying. These are so good I know of no better breakfast, I usually spread some cream cheese and spinkle with a little everything bagel season. Eggs and a favorite breakfast meat goes well too. I have had other varieties too and they are all really good so if you have a favorite bagel buy with confidence this place makes them right

Stopped in here the other morning to pickup a bunch of Breakfast Sandwiches. I did not call it in but it didn't matter. I ordered about 10 different Breakfast Sandwiches they made them super fast , all of them correct , clearly marked and AWESOME ! 100% I will be stopping there every time I have meetings in Connecticut. Thanks to the team there.

Come here every other day for one of the best bacon egg and cheese bagels i've ever had! Get a cheddar or jalapeno cheddar bagel. Love their hot dogs, chicken salad sandwiches, and great soup. The food is always good no matter breakfast or lunch. Staff is always a pleasure. It gets busy so make sure to call in your order a bit early or come in early.
