Jumbo Buffet Chinese Restaurant

This isn’t actually a buffet - but the food was great! Tons of vegan options, the staff were friendly, and they gave huge portions.

Why is this place called Jumbo Buffet. It's not a buffet. It's not even remotely jumbo.

Did not eat here, not jumbo and not a buffet

This is a very cheap little man running this place. He is always looking for ways to supply the customers with less, while charging more. A law was passed last month in some states, allowing businesses to charge the customer for using a credit card. It is not allowed in CT though. He has found a way around that by giving a credit if you pay with cash. If you dont pay with cash you are charged extra. Be sure to look at your receipt. It is illegal. They claim the price on the menu is the price with the credit. It is not. The menu is the same menu it was a year ago before they started this credit. Contact your Better Business Bureau. Time to stop letting these businesses extort money from us.

Food was delicious good flavor all around and the customer service lady at front was so nice when i called over the phone very satisfying ? to the chefs this is our new spot to eat?

This place is NOT CLEAN. Food is NOT GOOD. It is hard and greasy. The guy there is MEAN. (Doesn't like black people) The girl is nice but not enough for me to eat here! It's not good for at all. No taste or seasoning on wings! Ribs where hard and old. The food sits. Oh! AND OTS NOT EVEN A BUFFET!!!!

The food was fantastic, but no buffet! Don’t expect a good dining experience if you eat in, it was loud and only option was styrofoam plates and flimsy plastic fork. No Knives available. Again, the food was fantastic!

I didn’t even get a chance to eat here because it says that this is a jumbo buffet. However, when you walk in the door, there’s no more buffet I’d recommend changing the name.

I wouldn't go here again. The food is not good at all.

This place is not clean ?. their food is very old on March 27of 2024 I had their shrimp fried rice and spareribs, and I got sick ..it is 3:21am,on March 28,2024 and I am still sick ? I will never eat there again. they don't care about their customers,safety there's all kinds of stacks of drinks against the walls, and bags on the tables. this is not a buffet. it's a poorly kept take out ..that's has unsanitary, and disgusting food. ? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I find that most Chinese restaurants have lowered their Standards of food quality and respect for their customers. since the covic19 pandemic. and have raised their prices. and the price raises are not a problem. BUT BAD AND OLD FOOD IN SMALLER portions Are.I SAY LET'S SHOW THEM THAT WE CAN AND WILL DO WITHOUT THEIR FOOD. WE CARE EAT CLEAN AMERICAN FOOD. IN CLEAN AMERICAN RESTAURANTS. I'M BOYCOTTING CHINESE FOOD FOREVER. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
