This is the worst kfc to go to all the staff there need to be replaced by people who are competent. These workers sit in the back and allow the orders to pile up before going to the register. I’m a dasher and every time I go there I have to cancel the order because when I arrive I have to wait 30mins. And yes I see them sitting around only to attend to the customers 10 minutes after waiting and then letting customers know that the order won’t be ready until 20-30 minutes. I try my best to not take dash orders from them because they are the worst!!! And the can never get an order correct. The if not the way to run a kfc. It’s a shame. Terrible customer service!!👎🏽

I haven’t had KFC for a while, I know why now… the chicken was good with exceptions to the tips that were like jerky… sauces are small. The biscuit was dry

I went here and said I need 4 PCs chicken and I was served 4 PCs tenders instead.Before leaving the KFC I peep in the box and seen it was not what I ordered and get it to the cashier's attention and she said she can't take it back or replace it even though I ordered 2 orders of 4 PCs chicken and only looked in 1 box right in the KFC I front of her or Marlene to be corrected.This is America and not Jamaica so stop depriving customers and correct the order since they didn't leave and return with this food.I spent $22 and my original order would have been $26 so in order to get what I originally ordered I would have to spend another $26 SMH you will not catch me buying here again.

If you want your order completely messed up go to these guys they will make sure to mess it up to the up most degree i just suggest you order from the place you were thinking about before

The workers at this location has absolutely no customer service skills. The women at the drive thru was incredibly rude. They are very disrespectful. This is the second time this has happend to me.. Practically threw my stuff at me. Do better
