Don’t support this business, not trucker friendly I stop with my tractor to get coffee. They didn’t serve me the owner called the cops to kick me out The police officer wasnt understanding either very disappointed where America is going people like this don’t deserve to be in business no manners no respect let’s support businesses that are kind and loving

This is a chain! The extremely large sitting area is weird but nice to have options. The bagel and sandwich was mediocre at best. There is a lot to chose from. The bagels themselves were extremely chewy though.
Wheelchair accessibility: Super easy transitions and wide aisles are good for power chairs. Bathrooms have grab bars and are single stall rooms.

Considering the name of this place I figured the lox sandwich would be their flagship. If it is, they should consider a name change.
For twelve dollars plus it was pulled high with..... Tomatoes and onions. You couldn't even tell there was lox on there and the schmeer was a sad joke. A joke on me.
Minus a few more points for them asking if I want my bagel toasted and then giving it to me raw anyway. Yeah they have it to me raw in a few different ways ??????

I just stopped there for breakfast and my tractor. I will not even done eating when the owner called the cops and throw me out of the parking lot after he took my money. Great business never go back again and I will tell everybody not to go there no more we are getting treated like we are garbage here. I cannot wait for the truck business to be done and see every American family hungry we not animals with humans

The 3 stars are only for the Bagels, Good bagels for Connecticut. The rest of the food and service were 5 star. The everything is truly EVERYTHING. The jalapeño cheddar are delicious if you like spicy bagels. Their cream cheese spreads are outstanding. The bagels themselves need a little more of a hard crust on the outside to make them great. They still have more of a roll with a hole consistency. We had a BEC on an Everything bagel.

Yummy bagels! Great breakfast sandwiches. Love to stop in once and a while for a treat.
Food is great if you actually get it, service is bad. Went in and ordered as the second person in line and ordered a toasted bagel with butter. I wait 15 minutes while they're taking and making everyone's orders from behind me in line. Turns out they never made my order. Just a toasted bagel with butter. The lady working there asked me who took my order, and I told her it was her. She totally forgot. I had to go back to work, so I put my drink down and left with nothing. Spend my whole work break driving there, waiting, and driving back to work with no food. Will probably go back, I'll just make sure the short, older lady with dirty blonde hair doesn't take my order. Get a younger worker with decent memory
