My mobile app glitch at this McDonald’s however I was still charged. The franchise promised to refund my money and never did. McDonald’s corporate basically said it’s out of their hands. If you are interested in ordering food and never getting it then getting the run around for your money and never getting it I totally recommend this McDonald’s! Do better McDonald’s!

McDonald's offers good food and service, with orders ready promptly and parking available. The restaurant maintains a clean interior and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, including the manager, are friendly and helpful. While some orders may not be perfect, mistakes can be rectified through the drive-thru. Since the renovation, they took away the self-serve station, which increased the workers' workload. If you need napkins or ketchup, you'll need to ask the worker. The staff is very helpful and quick, and they have staff that speaks Spanish for guests that need help. Overall, McDonald's provides a satisfying dining experience.
