I had a terrible experience here. The wait times are always ridiculously long, and the employees seem uninterested in helping customers. I came in for breakfast before work and ordered the big breakfast, but it was clear my order was rushed. They forgot part of my meal, and when I went back to the register to fix it, they tried to charge me extra even though I had already paid the full price. I respectfully declined to paying extra & ended up leaving everything at the register and walking out. They really need to hire staff who can work efficiently and get the orders right.

The mobile app allows you to place orders until midnight, but the drive-thru speaker says that the store is closed from around 10. They seem to ignore for you to leave. During the day, I never had an issue at this location.

I’m really tired of yall and these soggy fried boiled in grease, cause it’s not fried, and next time I’m just gonna sit in the drive thru rather than get out and go inside. I don’t care about your drive thru time, cook that food properly please and thank you.

Since the renovation, they took away the self serve station. This increased the workers work load exponentially. If you need napkins or ketchup, you’ll need to ask the worker. 5 stars for the workers working in this environment. 1 star to the management that made this change.

This is probably the 5th time we’ve ordered food from this location and it is ALWAYS wrong. Either we get the wrong sandwich, or one of the drinks is missing or the fries are missing. I recommend you dine in than ordering so you can check right there.

I don't ever rate fast food, let alone mcdonald's but I had to with this experience! They were so friendly and organized. It was PACKED in there and they actually brought out my food. The burger wasn't smashed, it was great. Everything was how it is supposed to be, which is very rare.

The service is good as they are quick and efficient but the reason for my poor rating and review is because I believe that someone in this location is using an illegal card scanner. This is the 2nd time that after using my card here there have been fraudulent charges on my account
