Customer service horrific!!! More interested in serving the male customers than a female. Lots of chatting over the food while serving you the food. Had literally 5-6 people standing around chatting while it went from 2 servers to 1 server. Food was so bland barely any flavor. Will never ever go back. An absolute Joke of a Restaurant

I have been going to this restaurant for many years. The food is good and the portions are good, but the customer service is horrible!! Today I ordered 2 large orders, paid for the food and they gave me 2 small orders. You can't tell if you are charged incorrectly because there are no prices up anywhere. After my order was given to me I let them know it was wrong. They didn't try to fix their mistake, all they said was well you already paid for the small plates. Thank you paradise for messing up my order and not trying to fix it and make more money!!

The food was absolutely amazing. I got the Jerk chicken, fried plantains, braised cabbage, and the beans and rice all smothered with the jerk sauce. It was spicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to go back and try more foods:)

First time going here againsince 2018 not happy with food paid $34.43 for two medium oxtails seasonong very bland don't representthe Islands. oxtails uncooked one thing I noticed is they believe in putting gravy over everything that's great if the meat is fully cooked especially oxtails there's no menu so you can't see prices? The lady at register acted like I was an alien after explaining 4 times what wanted she was not friendly customer service is a must in this world handling food without customers they would not have a business nor jobs I pray over my food but it's going in the trash you never know who will be supporting you .giving one star because while driving you smell the food inthe air like their in the kitchen throwing down notttttttt!

Paradise Jamaican Restaurant has become my regular go-to spot, with me visiting 3 to 4 times a week. The food overall is fantastic, although it could use a little more salt. Nothing a sprinkle of salt can't fix. One thing I absolutely love about them is their extensive menu selection. They offer fritters, festival, liver, cow foot, stew peas, manish water, and daily j*** pork. I also like that it's unpretentious compared to some of the bigger-name Jamaican spots. And let's not forget the generous portions... I love that they definitely don't skimp
