As anlways excellent food. However tonight, we arrived for a 6:45 resv and at 7:15 the drinks we ordered had still not arrived. When we mentioned to our waitperson that we had been waiting g 25 min for our drinks she got very annoyed and stated we needed to have more patience. Seriously??!! Our drinks arrived in another 5 min( 30 min total) and our food arrived before we had a chance to drink and converse. Very disappointed. She blamed the bartender….

Repast Chronicles Part 2 From the very first phone call with our request for a place to hold a repast for my mother's home going service, Megan's first words after our request was 'I'm so sorry for your loss' followed by ' what can we do to help you through this?' In other words, she had me after Hello. What an outstanding young lady and her twam was exceptional, professional, and extremely respectful. A wonderful fellowship and great food was had by all. My family were well received and cared for. We can't thank you enough for all you and your team did for us. We will forever speak highly of you, your team, and your lovely establishment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Visited last night for the first time since the new indoor patio addition was added. Very nice! Very enjoyable meal!
Everything was incredible! Our server, Shane, was fantastic and he made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and I already cannot wait to go back again and get the Philly cheesesteak again.

Nice environment, good drinks, wouldn't come back to eat. Shrimp apetizer for $15 came with 3 shrimps.
Service was terrific. Excellent server. Crispy Brussels Sprouts appetizer was very good. Superfood Salad was poor and side dressing tasted "like motor oil." Peruvian Roasted Chicken was dry. Harvest Turkey Burger was very good. When our friend passed along her review of the Superfood Salad to a manager via our server, the manager should have removed it from the bill. It wasn't merely disappointing it was largely uneatable. We sat upstairs and overlooking the bar area and it was too noisy to have a conversation. We did move back from the overlook row and it was much quieter. They need to put effort into reducing the very loud background noise so people can hear other people at their table.

Before we placed our order we told our waitress that my wife has a seafood allergy. I ordered the Orecchiette pasta and my wife ordered the Pork Milanese. When the orders arrived it appeared that the pork had been deep fried. We inquired as to whether it had been deep fried in oil that was also used to fry seafood. It was confirmed that although we had told the waitress that my wife had a seafood allergy, she was served a dish that was cross-contaminated. Had we not had the presence of mind to inquire about the deep fryer my wife would have been served food that would have sickened her. Rather than wait for another entree to be prepared my wife and I switched our orders. I found the Pork Milanese to be bland and dry. I would have expected such a dish from a second-rate family restaurant. not a member of the MRG group. Although my salad was excellent and the hummus plate was very good, and the manager removed the contaminated and sub-standard pork dish from our bill, we will not be returning to Republic Gastropub. Instead we'll return to other MRG group establishments, like Mill On the River, Abigails and the Market Grill, where we have enjoyed excellent meals, and service, and where we have never had any concern about being served food that was cross-contaminated.
Party of 5 adults. Late dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Waitress was good but noticed she had the entire dining area ( facing post office) she did a great job engaging everyone. Overall good food and experience.

Philly cheesesteak sandwich and truffle fries is always awesome. Waitress was attentive even with having several tables. Upstairs dining room was hot, seems like the heat from the kitchen pours up there. It was still great time though.
