Staff doesnt seem to care. Except one gentleman that is always helpful and speedy. Food is usually fresh though. Parking is fine on a slant. The drive-thru is blocked in so you better be sure you want it because you are stuck til the end.

I'm shocked by the utter lack of professionalism displayed by the workers at the drive thru. Despite being spoken to in a respectful manner, they consistently show a complete disregard for customers. Unfortunately, I've had the displeasure of experiencing this multiple times.

Mario “Mario's Song Covers” Dean

Been going here for weeks With no problem. Went here earlier today thru the drivethru on my lunch break and must have caught them on a bad day. This jamaican dude who had a rough tone of voice but otherwise has always been pretty respectful mubled under his breath mocking me when I was just confirming my order to him. It was very out of the blue and disrespectful. I let him know that and he started raising his voice at me asking if I had a problem. the next booth I went to go pick up my food and I let the worker know she just told me have a nice day.. and Again, never had an incident at this place, always been a good experience but today I saw what I guess had been a reputation for this location for a long time according to all the reviews.. stay away from here is my advice.

The night shift team are not serious at all. You have a long line and those two black guys (both with dreadlocks) were just using their phones and be talking to each other as if nothing is going on. It took them more than 20 minutes to get me the food after I arrived at the window.
This explains why there's always a long line at that Wendy's joint. Never again!

I've stopped here 5 times in the last couple of months just because I'm passing by the area. Every single time there are workers wasting time, standing around talking about nonsense in the kitchen area and not a single one makes an attempt to take my order. Worst service of any Wendy's I've been to. I walked out the last 4 times because honestly the food isn't even worth waiting 5 minutes to order, last time the nuggets and the burger were cold.
