I usually come here for the breakfast because I refuse to go anywhere else (this place is the best), but this time we hit up the splash pad up the street and swung by for a round of their fun milkshakes to cool off. I ordered mozzarella sticks for our table and they ended up being the star of the show. That cheese stretched further than my last relationship but with fewer arguments and left a way better taste in my mouth. 10/10 recommend

I haven't eaten at Bell City or gotten take out from them in a while so I figured I try them out again. That was a mistake. It was around lunch, I ordered Eggs Benedict for myself & a Cobb salad for my boyfriend. Now according to the menu, the Cobb salad comes with Chicken. When I called to place the order for pick up, I double checked with the server that the salad would come with chicken on it. She said that it would. So for these 2 items, I was charged $30.03 It's a little pricy but what isn't now a days? I went and picked up the order at the time they gave me & left. I drove about 1, 1.5 miles down the road to a small park to eat. I opened my eggs Benedict, & it was correct but looked thrown together & the hollandaise sauce was leaking out of the container. When my boyfriend opened his salad....NO CHICKEN! So we looked in the bag, no container of chicken & no plastic flatware, no napkins but I got a ton of ketchup packets. So I call immediately to find out what happened to the chicken. The girl who answered sounded confused when I asked why there was no chicken for the salad & told me I could drive back over and pick it up, to which I told her No. It should have been with the order to begin with. She tells me to hold on,comes back and tells me that they will refund me for the salad. I thank her and hang up. When I checked my account the following day, I was refunded $4.00 not $14.99 which was the price of the salad. Needless to say, I'm disappointed with their customer service & I won't be going back. The staff definitely needs more training. It's unfortunate because when they first opened, they were great & I referred quite a few people to them, but no more.

Me, my boyfriend and his daughter went here on Saturday for brunch. The atmosphere was cool. It was pretty crowded, but we didn’t wait too long for a table. After we got our food, my boyfriend realized that he had a long strand of hair in his food. He alerted the woman at the door, but she said he had to tell his waitress (This was strike 1, because why couldn’t she let the waitress know? It was as if she couldn’t do anything). So our waitress comes over and he lets her know. She then takes the food back and assuming she asked them to make him another French toast. At this point, his stomach was turned. He didn’t want anything else. Strike 2-The waitress then brings over the plate of food, and he says that he doesn’t want it. She catches an attitude, and says, “I had them make you another French toast, and proceeded to give him a hard time because he no longer wanted the food. What she should’ve done was apologize (which she never did the first time we alerted her to the hair in his food), then take the plate back and take it off of the check. However, it was unprofessional and very annoying. Needless to say, we will never eat here again.
Also, all of the waitresses had long hair. No one had a hair covering on and this should be mandatory when you’re working around food. This was unsanitary and plain disgusting.

The food is excellent, staff is kind and happy and the decor is fun. The perfect place for a family outing or a date. Do try one of their extravagant milkshakes.

The interior is gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and delicious. The wings and the curly fires were really good, and their milkshakes are awesome. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area!
