Staff is very nice and attentive, prices were good, food came out quickly, AND the food was amazing. They have breakfast all day. The royal eggs benedict subs the english muffin out with puff pastry, which tastes like a croissant and works perfectly. I recommend it.

Mid AT BEST. The food tasted stale, and the service was subpar. I went in with a party of 5 Tuesday 3/26 to celebrate my best friend’s bday, and our waitress was rushing us from the second we sat down. We were laughing and having fun, and she seemed annoyed by that. Even walked away shaking her head at us. I would at least understand if it was busy and they were understaffed, but the restaurant was dead and there were several staff members just standing around and chatting with each other. Like, I don’t care, have fun on your downtime, but don’t act like it’s that serious when it’s not. I don’t know if she thought that we weren’t going to tip her well or something, but despite how rude she was, we were still respectful and tipped her over 20% of the check which we did not even ask to split by the way. This is just one of those “insta worthy” places where everything looks cool, but the food and the service is pathetic.

Our experience at Bell City Diner in Bristol was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Recommended by a local friend for breakfast, we ventured in with high expectations and were not disappointed. The breakfast offerings were delightful; I savored the Irish Omelet while my wife indulged in the Eggs Benedict. The food was indeed remarkable, but what truly stole the show was the exceptional service provided by our morning server. Attentive, friendly, and accommodating, she elevated our dining experience. However, our enthusiasm took a nosedive when we returned for dinner later that day. The service we encountered was abysmal, to say the least. Our server exuded an air of indifference, seemingly disinterested in his job. Simple requests, such as a refill of unsweet tea, were ignored, and instead, I was handed a coke. Dessert options were never presented, leaving us wondering about the missed opportunity for upselling. To add insult to injury, the lack of a quality check further highlighted the negligence of our server.Despite the disappointing service, the dinner itself was exceptional. I opted for the Cajun seafood mac and cheese, which proved to be a palate-pleasing delight. However, the evening's culinary triumph could not overshadow the glaring disparity in service quality between breakfast and dinner shifts. In conclusion, Bell City Diner left us with mixed feelings. While the food was consistently excellent, the inconsistency in service marred our overall impression. If I were the owner or manager, I would be deeply concerned about the evident discrepancy in service standards between morning and evening shifts. It's a shame to see such potential overshadowed by subpar service.

The best burger I've ever had! That rodeo burger is to die for and their onion rings are perfect! So satisfied with my meal and the prices are reasonable.
