The food was horrible. We couldn’t eat the corn due to how terrible it was, old, flavorless and looked like it got overdone in the microwave. The mashed potatoes were liquidy and gross. Usually one of my favs and I could even eat them. The only thing warm was the sweet potatoes. Chicken was dry. They had no drinks available, everything said sold out. The service wasn’t great, 2 young kids in the front seemed clueless and what appeared to be the manager was too busy on his phone and running an order outside to worry about the kids up front restocking and reheating the food the proper way. I got a family meal for 5 to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow; the food is so bad I can’t even eat it for dinner tonight let alone tomorrow. What a waste of $50+. Wish I could bring it back, but I’m not driving 20 minutes there and then 20 min home. Lesson learned, I’ll never get food from this establishment again!

Today I purchased 2 Crispy Chicken BLT Sandwich for 18.38$ . Bacon was crispy BUT The “chicken patty” was chewy , rubbery , not palatable at all . Couldn’t really chew it . it wasn’t ground up chicken or chicken breast . It was horrible. We were still hungry after eating a cold sandwich with lousy “chicken “ If you can call it that way . I’m on limited income . Now I can’t afford to buy a meal like this and still be hungry?! . This was supposed be something great according to the description. It was awful. Normally I Order a half rotisserie chicken white meat with a couple of sides and corn bread . This time I took and chance and lost . I won’t be going back again. My friends sandwich wasn’t good either. Tonight We can’t afford to go get another meal Because we’re still hungry?!

I use door dash for this place and 3rd time no corn bread. The mash is usually great from here. This time totally tasted odd. I couldn’t eat it. Don’t know what was wrong but it was not the same as usual. I now take it up to chance to reorder again. Just don’t know

Have been craving some Mac and cheese and chicken last few weeks. Except every single time I've called for 2.5 weeks now they say they have no Mac and cheese and don't know when and if it'll be coming back. Hoping they get some soon

Out of products, no ribs, no meatloaf, no spinach, no cornbread, no salads, just chicken and turkey-+-blamed it on supplier not making timely delivery. A very disappointing experience. Called next day still same shortages. Got chicken it was dry, rice was okay, but no cornbread even though right nextdoor is grocery store they at least could have made cornbread. Charged full price even though we didn't get everything.

Food is one of the healthier "fast food" options. Always tastes fresh. Employees are all very personable and go out of their way to remember who you are. My only complaint is that the Ice Tea and Lemonade machines have been broken For Years now. My favorite drink is Green tea mixed with sweet tea, so my meal is always lacking something without it. Great location, though and the employees are top notch

Decided to try out this restaurant while my car is being worked on and I was immediately greeted by two cheerful employees named Nick and Scott who recommended me a delicious meal from the menu. When I went up to use my Apple Pay, their machine wasn’t working and they were so calm and kind with me while I tried to get my card to work. Just by the way they handled this transaction, made the whole experience enjoyable. So thank you guys for being patient with me.Parking: Good parking

Love the rotisserie chicken. Always a nice quick meal that tastes great! Was very impressed by employee "Nick". He was so polite and greeted me when I came in, and was an example of what customer service should be!!! Will return again.
Okay so I was a bit nervous about eating here again not the location, but the company it self. The reason for this is that I haven't ate from here in about 6 years, that's how long I've been living in Connecticut. On Tuesday I was feeling for some so I was like I'm going to make this drive, while driving there I was like I hope I don't waste my time or my gas for no reason, But let me tell you something that food was exactly how I remember it to taste like and I enjoyed every bit of it.The only thing I wasn't happy about was that they no longer serve loaded baked potatoes and I feel that the price for side items are a bit pricey for the the amount they offer.Still an amazing taste of food.

I ordered Boston Market online. When it was delivered, I only received half of my order. I immediately called up to request a refund, no big deal. We are now going on 2 and a half weeks with no refund. The only solution is for me to drive to another town to pick up my refund in person. It's been a terrible experience.

Story time: I ain’t feel like cooking so I let Boston Market do it for me. I got a family meal for 4 people and everybody in my family was satisfied fully, now I feel fat and happy after eating Fr.The staff was so friendly and even gave me a free drink while I waited for them to get my order. They were mad chill and patient.I ain’t been here in 10 years but I was happy to return to some good food. Thank you kind workers from Boston market, y’all were my heroes tonight on god. :))) Shalom
