Would've given 4 stars as u ordered ahead picked up, and the food was cold. I asked for a new burger as I didn't trust it being reheated as it must have been sitting for some time. I was waiting in the lobby for some time, but not long enough for the temperature to matter. The manager and staff were awesome and made it without a problem, but one of the cooks seemed to have thrown a fit about it and gave the manager a hard time. Would probably just go to another location in the future

Quality of food vs cost didnt seem to standards staff appeared nice but atmosphere of staff was imo low and most seemed exhausted and or demoralized with job . Food could have been priced alot better as wraps seemed smaller than they use to be and nuggets were dry as been reheated or left under heat lamp for to long. Overall average food for visit with no excitement of items purchased left alot to be desired. Improving quality of food and atmosphere would be expected to gain more repeat buisness.

I'm an Uber Eats driver and every time I have an order after 12midnight to pick up there is always an issue filling it. Some Hispanic girl who works there tells me they run out of Whopper Jr's on a regular basis. She claims there is nothing they can substitute it with and I have to tell the poor customers their order must get cancelled. I find it hard to believe that Burger king of all places can run out of burgers lol. This restaurant needs to be looked into and find out why there is an issue with having enough burgers to fill the pick up orders.

At Burger King 4065.There's a young lady cashier named lisa, she is absolutely amazing. I personally am not a fan of burger king because I have had horrible experience in almost every one I have been to. This young lady Lisa has changed my mind and I will ONLY ever go to this specific burger king, because she has made an amazing impression!!!!
So if you are in bristol ct and want something AMAZING to eat. PLEASE PLEASE visit the burger king at 18 federal Dr in bristol, ask for lisa!!!! She's a game changer

I ordered online, ask me to pull over and have a line of 3 vehicles pulled over ( you know the old trick to play with the time from drive true night shift 👀) I requested some sauces. Nothing was included and meanwhile bring food to another vehicle park behind me. I ask for some “Zetsy and Ketchup” something normal and and ask me to go over the drive tru and line to get what I am supposed to get in the first place. But OK 👌🏽
I made an order off of grubhub, and the only reason this is getting two stars is because they didn't forget anything. I live not even a mile away yet all the burgers were cold or sort of warm. At least the frys were hot. I am very upset because they burned the buns on our whoppers. How does that happen? It wasn't a little dark ring around the edge, the top buns were black!
