Really had bad experience. From ordering to Getting food, they are like So Rude and Rushing like we customer never exist that time. Guy was not giving me enough time to look the menu. And they made food without any Hat or gloves. And when i get the food They missed my 1 item. Really bad. Manager should take care of this Thing really good.

Went through the drive thru and order a few things. While distracted by ordering g for so many we forgot to order a happy meal for my 1 year old. When I got to the window I askd if I could order the meal and I was told no because it was to busy. Mind you there was only two cars behind me and no line inside. While paying after they refused to add the meal they ask if we want a crown. We said sure since we had the baby. I guess they thought it be best for my child to eat thier burger king crown rather than add a simple four piece and fries to my order. Needless to say I won't go back there.

I went there with my husband last night. We normally have a good experience. Not this time. The cashier takes the order from the customer in front of us, then my husband's, and then disappears to work drive thru. It was a good 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. The drive thru wasn't even that busy. I understand being short staffed, but close the lobby if that's the case!

Went prior and then just went today because I saw it got trashed on a local group on Friday 5/9/25 at around 1 and big difference. Got the coupons in the mail so got the 2 Whopper Jr and 2 Fries for 6.50 meal. Fries were hot and fresh..but the one that was doing the drive-thru definitely made my day. Rarely…if ever..in fast food places do you see someone who acts like they enjoy their job and are fun…younger girl (in 20’s maybe) with glasses who did the order taking..all the fast food places need people like her.

they have been telling everyone who uses the drive through to park on the side of the building and wait. it's usually a really long wait even if they are not busy at the time. this has been going on for at least a month now and I don't like it

Would've given 4 stars as u ordered ahead picked up, and the food was cold. I asked for a new burger as I didn't trust it being reheated as it must have been sitting for some time. I was waiting in the lobby for some time, but not long enough for the temperature to matter. The manager and staff were awesome and made it without a problem, but one of the cooks seemed to have thrown a fit about it and gave the manager a hard time. Would probably just go to another location in the future
