All these people do is put food in bags and they can’t stop talking long enough to even do that right. Horrible service. Missing food. Cold. Manager has a major attitude. This has to be the worst BK’s in CT!!!! Go a little farther down the road. There’s a Taco Bell.

I always go to Burger Kings all over the state, I work every day in different places and because I am a vegetarian I go to this place with the receipt, I change protein easily and without problem, but in this place I have found the same person as in another The people have denied me the change and their attitude is very negative and says that all Burger Kings are different companies and they all work differently, which is a lie since it is a franchise, the lady is very bad class and her attention leaves nothing to be desired .

Bristol has the cleanest BK in CT inside and out plus Super friendly staff, festive season decorations with art portraits in dinning area. Wow !
Got the wrong order delivered and food was left outside, not as I asked to call or text upon arrival. Food was cold and not well presented. Called restaurant and nobody answered. Had to throw out the food and wait almost 4 days to get an answer by email. The person who emailed was nice thou, I got my money refunded at least. But the experience was terrible; my order number was 33 but I got order number 34. Not sure if I would order from that particular BK again (1033 Farmington in Bristol, CT)

Plenty of parking. I finally went somewhere and got fries so hot I have to let them cool down..plenty of salt on them though. Girl behind the counter with the orange hair was friendly, fast and efficient. I normally don’t go to fast food restaurants, especially chains unless it’s breakfast for the croissants…but had a ton of coupons delivered in the mail so figured to give it a shot..got the 8 piece chicken nuggets with the large fries for 3.99
Can’t believe I’m gonna say this..but hot and fresh at 12:15…I’ll take it.

They stole my Doordash order. I made an order, I had 1 driver go to pick up, the driver called saying the order was "already picked up and they will not remake the order". They either didn't ask for confirmation before handing out our food, or they completely stole our food. Spent forever on customer service just to get a refund.

I can't believe that I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a $5 special (2) Whopper jrs, add bacon and cheese. Then I asked for a large cup of ice water. (TAP water not bottled) and the cashier charged me $3.89! I told her to remove it. So I asked for a small cup and she said $2.89. She said she was charging me for the cups, not the water. How ridiculous! She gave me nothing. No courtesy cup of water to go with my order. I'm not paying $3-$4 for tap water! Horrible customer service! I rarely go here and I'm not going back either!
