Consistently getting half filled flying saucers. They look decent from the outside then when you open the package they are half filled and usually a broken cookie or 2.

I love carvel and if you have never been , or haven't been in there in a long time, you have to go. There ice cream is always fresh as are all the toppings. Prices are about average for quality ice cream. Service is always fast and friendly.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone, I walked up to the register and there was an employee having a non job related conversation with a customer and another employee decorating a cake behind the counter(she never turned around). Some woman with frizzy blonde hair walked out from back in regular attire, looked at me and then walked to go speak with the employee decorating the cake. I stood there ready to order just waiting for someone to say “hello, hi or I’ll be right with you” no one did. A black employee finally came out from the back and asked me what I would like to order and I placed my order. While he was making my ice cream the regular dressed woman in a top that exposed her back and bra, again walked up to the register without acknowledging I was even there, then walked off to the back. I was given my order, I paid then left. Obviously customer service training was never provided or maybe my black face was too much to greet and make feel comfortable. I won’t be returning to this establishment. The ice cream was disgusting anyways I tossed it after I took this picture. Literally had to force myself to continue eating it since I spent close to 6 dollars for a medium size. To the employees, do better or just find a non interactive job. Ridiculous!
