Our server Amber was absolutely amazing. Was joking back and forth with us. Most of all she came in on her day off to help us out because we were such a large group. Thank you Amber, chili's is very lucky to have such an amazing employee such as yourself.

We came at 7 on a Friday night with a group of 5. We we seated right away, didn't have to wait around. Our waitress was very nice. The manager offered to move us to a bigger table, but we were doing OK, so that was nice of him. The food came out fast, no issues with any of the orders and everyone enjoyed their dinner.

It was a good experience and the staff was very friendly and tentative but they took the Chili for the Texas fries off the menu and they took the cheesecake dessert off the menu also. Those were my favorite two items for apps. and dessert. The Chili is kinda like, your name is Chilis and you don't serve Chili. Everything else very good.

Dear Chili’s Management Team,

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious and unsanitary issue I experienced with an order I placed from your Farmington, CT location at 1425 Farmington Avenue on July 4th at approximately 1:24 PM.

Upon receiving my meal, I discovered a strand of hair embedded in one of the wings. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I was so disgusted by the finding that I was unable to eat any of the food I had ordered.

I immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who apologized for the issue and assured me that I would be issued a refund via email. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or follow-up communication regarding that refund.

This experience has left me very disappointed, especially given the expectations of food safety and quality service associated with Chili’s. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly and that the promised refund be processed without further delay.

Please confirm the status of the refund and inform me of any steps being taken to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.

Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Upon entering the restaurant, our server greeted us with a noticeably rude attitude, though she was initially prompt in bringing our drinks. Unfortunately, after that, she completely ignored our table tending to others while deliberately avoiding us. She even looked over from a distance but never returned to take our order. After waiting with no further service, we decided to leave. I do not recommend this establishment based on our experience. It’s disappointing to see businesses hiring individuals who show no interest in providing quality service.

There is a new manager at this location and to say the least he is not pleasant. I have been going here for 3 years plus consistently and the experience I had was deplorable. I was with my mother who is hard of hearing and he proceeded to talk down to her to his employees, very sparky remarks under his breath as if her being hard of hearing inconveniced him so terribly. Please avoid this Chili's until he transfers because it's very disheartening

Typical chain restaurant food.
Better than McDonald's but not by much.
Everything is overcooked per corporate instructions and tastes premade.
Also didn't help that the appetizers and main courses all came out at once.
Side dishes were forgotten about by staff,
They were sold out of certain things, water never got refilled without asking. Just typical mediocre food that is priced higher that what its worth.
