Always a disaster with trying to get service. Very short staffed. Went for lunch and there was one person on trying to be the host, bartender and waitress. Felt bad for her. We didn't even finish our food because it took so long and we had to go.

Awful experience. Wrong for was given to me at the bar. Bartender was MIA for the entire time that I was there. I had to go find her to ask her for water and got my bill. I never got my bill. Got up and left after waiting 10 minutes

Terrible staff, unprofessional, and ROBBERY. I went here August for me and my boyfriends 3 year anniversary. They accidentally charged me for someone else's order. it was a mistake. they informed us before we left that they charged my card the wrong amount. They called the manager over, they reassured us the wrong one would eventually be refunded and to call if there was any issues and charged me for both orders. Bank statement comes in and it's still there. I call chilis to try and get it figured out and they told me they would look into it and call me back- NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO RESOLVE THIS! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION! I've been going here for years and now I refuse to go because I think the staff is unprofessional and rude. ALL of them tried to avoid any inconveniences when it was their mistake and if anyone is inconvenienced by this its me. I love chilis but I can't justify going there when they LITERALLY stole money from me.
The waiters are working with beards and long hair and they are not wearing covers. That is very unpleasant. The employees must look clean and pleasant.

There was some fluid on the floor under the table, now we all have sticky shoes. the server "thought (we) had paid and were chilling" with 3 kids, when in truth we wanted dessert and more drinks. My brisket quesadilla, was supposed to have jalapeno in it. When I looked at it after the first slice, I found quite literally 1/2 of one pickled jalapeno, in one piece of it. It was very little brisket in it at all, and it cost $17. The kids mac and cheese is a step DOWN from Kraft mac and cheese, my kids who love mac and cheese did not eat it. The adult mac and cheese was slightly better, and the fried chicken strips were pretty good. The broccoli as usual was awesome, which is why food rating is three stars. The table next to us got fed up with the server not attending to us and they skipped out on the bill. Yes, it was wrong, but I get it. Another table at a high top was so mad at the waitress, they left her zero tip. When she talked to her manager and told them that she forgot about us, we were supposed to get some form of discount. I guess we did, we got I think $8 off. We were literally sitting for 45 minutes with no contact from the waitress. We watched her running from table to table in different areas. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD FAMILY EXPERIENCE. I included a photo of the $17 brisket quesadilla, before I even touched it.
