I had a very disappointing experience that truly ruined my birthday dinner this past weekend. Our server, Josh, did not introduce himself when he arrived at our table, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. I ordered two of the margarita specials and was expecting the themed garnishes that typically come with these drinks. However, both times the drinks were served without the broomstick or fairy wand accessories.
At first, I assumed it was a simple mistake, but I noticed the table behind my husband receiving the exact same drinks with all the proper garnishes. Even the child at their table received the full presentation. I ordered another drink, and once again it arrived without the add-ons, while another nearby table received theirs complete.
This inconsistency was frustrating and made the experience feel careless—especially on a special occasion. Unfortunately, the service and presentation issues ruined my dinner, and I won’t be returning to this location as a regular customer.

First time going Chili's and the place is UNDERSTAFT, do not go unless you want to WAIT. Our server Carley unfortunately took way to much time to bring plates to our table and we never got the to go box we asked for.
Please hire some more people this is unacceptable. Me and my family will not come back.

I always have a good time at Chili’s. You can’t find many restaurants anymore where you can get a drink, appetizer, and full sized meal for $10.99. Not only that, but it’s always good! I had the three for me with the lemonade, chips and dip, and QP burger and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. Service was also excellent. I would definitely come to this Chili’s again.

Our waitress was very rude today. She was tall with blonde/ brownish hair In a low ponytail and we didn't catch her name but she definitely had an attitude until it came time to us paying. U shouldn't work in this industry if ur gonna be disgusting to ur customers.

We sat at the bar. Stools were a little sticky. The bartender took a while to take our order. I think she may have forgotten about us because she took another parties order that had sat down roughly ten minutes after us before she took ours. We got burgers. They were delicious. They bartender wasn't very attentive. Overall it was an ok dinning experience. Nothing special, but not bad.

Our server Amber was absolutely amazing. Was joking back and forth with us. Most of all she came in on her day off to help us out because we were such a large group. Thank you Amber, chili's is very lucky to have such an amazing employee such as yourself.
We came at 7 on a Friday night with a group of 5. We we seated right away, didn't have to wait around. Our waitress was very nice. The manager offered to move us to a bigger table, but we were doing OK, so that was nice of him. The food came out fast, no issues with any of the orders and everyone enjoyed their dinner.

It was a good experience and the staff was very friendly and tentative but they took the Chili for the Texas fries off the menu and they took the cheesecake dessert off the menu also. Those were my favorite two items for apps. and dessert. The Chili is kinda like, your name is Chilis and you don't serve Chili. Everything else very good.

Dear Chili’s Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious and unsanitary issue I experienced with an order I placed from your Farmington, CT location at 1425 Farmington Avenue on July 4th at approximately 1:24 PM.
Upon receiving my meal, I discovered a strand of hair embedded in one of the wings. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I was so disgusted by the finding that I was unable to eat any of the food I had ordered.
I immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who apologized for the issue and assured me that I would be issued a refund via email. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or follow-up communication regarding that refund.
This experience has left me very disappointed, especially given the expectations of food safety and quality service associated with Chili’s. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly and that the promised refund be processed without further delay.
Please confirm the status of the refund and inform me of any steps being taken to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
