The food is always good. But the service is always slow. They never rush no matter how many ppl are in line. The restaurant is always gross w food and trash all over tables. And the trash is always over flowing. The soda and ice machines are always out of ice and the soda you want is always out. If you tell the workers they say ok and never fix it. This is my 3rd time and all of the above where the same all 3 times.

They just get orders wrong too much and usually it is something big like missing out on meat completely. I love Chipotle in general but think maybe the workers are too busy and they run out and just give you rice and beans. Too expensive to be missing out big consistently.

Sitting here waiting. Put a mobile order in for 530. It's 6:05 and I was just told that someone picked up my order after being told it was on the works for the past 35 minutes. Unbelievable. This place absolutely sucks

Update: asked for a refund as I've been here for an hour and was told they can't do it, but will remake the order now. I spoke with them after one half hour. The team decided to remake the order after another half hour. Definitely will not be coming back here or to any chipotle.

I recently experienced an issue with my order at your restaurant. I had ordered hard tacos, but was given soft tacos instead. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they didn't apologize for the mistake. They offered to provide hard tacos on the side, which wasn't what I wanted. I requested that they redo my order correctly. One of the staff members then asked me to return the original order so they could replace it.

As someone with retail experience, I was surprised by the lack of customer service skills displayed. A more typical approach would be to apologize for the mistake, offer to correct it promptly, and perhaps offer a gesture of goodwill, such as a complimentary item or a discount. Instead, the staff member seemed unaccommodating.

This morning I was the first customer in the store when they opened and ordered a quesadilla and when I had got home none of my sides were cooked at all. Rice completely rock hard and corn completely frozen. Chipotle needs to do better!

The burritos are huge and the bowls are filling. The salsas are perfectly hot and the guacamole is great. The price is worth the quantity of food they provide.

I went to get a bowl today and the portions of protein are back again to being really tinny. Asked for half chicken and half steak, and got maybe couple of pieces of meat, but asked for fajita vegetables and dude gave me three scoops of that. For $17 and change with a drink it’s definitely not worth it

I went in with a couple friends for some burritos. I don’t eat pork at all because of my beliefs. My friend had ordered pork on there burrito. They didn’t label the burritos at all. My friend and I had accidentally gotten each others burrito leading to me accidentally taking a bite of pork. Immediately puked it up. There needs to be consistency and consideration

Usually its decent here. But recently they have a couple workers who don’t speak english and quite frankly don’t know what they are doing. So here i am paying 13 dollars for a crappy bowl. One girl completely underscoops and gives you half scoops of everything. my bowl was half filled. and you cant even ask for more because she doesn’t understand.

First time visitor, the menu options were explained by a helpful staff member. Food was fresh and great tasting. Limited indoor seating, outdoor seating is present but not usable during our visit due to cold weather/ snow.
