SPICIEST CHICKEN EVER, MY 7 YEARD OLD WAS BARELY ABLE TO EAT HIS QUESADILLA. I think they also ran out of cheese because the quedasilla barely had any as well as my Bowl LOL I mean really so sad they do that. I order through uber eats and it sucks they do this . Also the steak on my bowl was cut into the tiniest pieces ever. TERRIBLE.

I spent over $100 for myself and two other coworkers at Price chopper in Bristol last night. Two of us got really sick. One last night and I got really sick this morning around 4:00 a.m. I currently have the chills and severe stomach pains with other issues I won't mention. It was incredibly and unnecessarily super spicy. The burritos were warm on the outside and cold in the middle.

Ordered through doordash tonight and was missing our burrito! Tried to call the store and can't even talk to anybody to get it. Finally, doordash refunded my money but still no burrito.

Employees were all attentive and very pleasant, clean restaurant, and food was fresh.
The food is always good. But the service is always slow. They never rush no matter how many ppl are in line. The restaurant is always gross w food and trash all over tables. And the trash is always over flowing. The soda and ice machines are always out of ice and the soda you want is always out. If you tell the workers they say ok and never fix it. This is my 3rd time and all of the above where the same all 3 times.

They just get orders wrong too much and usually it is something big like missing out on meat completely. I love Chipotle in general but think maybe the workers are too busy and they run out and just give you rice and beans. Too expensive to be missing out big consistently.

Sitting here waiting. Put a mobile order in for 530. It's 6:05 and I was just told that someone picked up my order after being told it was on the works for the past 35 minutes. Unbelievable. This place absolutely sucks
Update: asked for a refund as I've been here for an hour and was told they can't do it, but will remake the order now. I spoke with them after one half hour. The team decided to remake the order after another half hour. Definitely will not be coming back here or to any chipotle.
