great food. price and staff
They screw up every order on 855 Farmington ave Bristol CT, I repeated it 3 times and it wasn't anything close to what I said. Called the manager and nothing she could do. Pulled up to the window and of course they are texting and talking but can't get an order right.
The employee named Collin was exceptional. He made my visit. When I mentioned to him that my house needed renovation he sprang into action, completed the renovations and made my order all in the span of a few minutes. Dunkin is lucky to have employees like him
