Coffee was spilled on my mom and in her car. Top on coffee was not on when handed to her. Employee threw paper towels at her and money and ran away. Hot coffee spilled on someone im looking to get the email of the GM because they're trying to place blame on my mother and saying the coffee spilling is her fault and not the employee..

Updated review: 9/10 something is wrong or missing. Used to be the best Dunkin. Now? Pull up to the drive-through window, employees are having a great time talking with each other, but when they see you? They get annoyed. Your order is usually missing an oj, or your coffee is wrong, or a whole sandwich is missing! 2/3 of those happened today.
Old review: 9/10 times they get my coffee perfect. I'm VERY picky.

This was genuinely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life. I would give this 0 stars if I could, but even that would be generous. I am a huge coffee lover and look forward to the holiday drinks every single year—I love them all, but one of my favorites is the white chocolate latte, highly recommend.
From the start, this experience was just awful because the person at the drive-thru literally had no idea on this entire planet how to take an order. I have no idea who their name was; I wish I did so I could… air them out, honestly. I literally had to say I wanted oatmilk three times. Let me explain: the employee asked if I wanted whole milk for some reason, and I said “No, OATMILK,” and I literally never even said whole milk. I also ordered a coffee for my lovely mother, and she also wanted oatmilk.
Anyway, I finish ordering and make my way to the window and notice there’s no line—mind you, it’s literally like 5:30 pm, and there are plenty of cars on the street, so this Dunkin’ must be really off its game. I get my coffee, and the employee honestly just looks annoyed and doesn’t say anything. I drive away, looking forward to drinking my coffee and taking my antibiotics.
I take a sip and truly experience the taste of… well, it was awful. I wish I was exaggerating. This cup of coffee must have been made incorrectly an infinite number of times because it was so bad. I read the label, and the worker put WHOLE MILK instead of oatmilk. Disgusting. I still needed to take my medicine, so I decided to try my mom’s coffee, which was not as bad but still nearly identical and not correct.
I’ve never put more effort into anything more than this review—not even painting. I really hope this Dunkin’ gets put out of business and that the employees find a talent one day. Also, I think this Dunkin’ may have been cursed by the ghost of someone who hates happiness and oatmilk because HOW ELSE could they make something taste like this? My soul literally left my body for a moment and went to a place where Dunkin’ doesn’t exist.
Like, what if I were allergic to whole milk and this happened? Luckily, I’m not, and whole milk is just… not my thing. I’m honestly livid that I can’t sue for this experience, but I recommend anyone else who has gone through this to take action and get that justice. Goodnight.

Used to love this location, till I've had multiple bad experiences with the same employees. Orders have been none stop messed up with these team members and when told so they just give attitude and make it seem like your wrong.
I will give the manager im the mornings and her normal crew gratitude because they always are nice and willing to make things right if something were to happen.
Over all starting to question going to any location anymore.

Keith and Jess and the whole team always know my order when I come in sometimes I don’t even have to say anything..always smiling and ready to go love it here !!
i go to this dunkin regularly and the manager is always giving me dirty looks whenever i go in there. don’t get me wrong the staff always makes my drink right and gets it to me quickly but i feel uncomfortable when she is just standing there giving dirty looks. she always looks miserable and like she doesn’t want to be there. today i ordered food she just threw it on the counter, yelled out something i couldn’t even understand and walked away. honestly i’m probably just going to go to a different dunkin because this is really unacceptable
Ordered two sesame seed bagels lightly toasted and two orders of hash browns, after I got home with the food for my kids opened up two BURNT sesame seed bagels and burnt hash browns.
