i go to this dunkin regularly and the manager is always giving me dirty looks whenever i go in there. don’t get me wrong the staff always makes my drink right and gets it to me quickly but i feel uncomfortable when she is just standing there giving dirty looks. she always looks miserable and like she doesn’t want to be there. today i ordered food she just threw it on the counter, yelled out something i couldn’t even understand and walked away. honestly i’m probably just going to go to a different dunkin because this is really unacceptable

Ordered two sesame seed bagels lightly toasted and two orders of hash browns, after I got home with the food for my kids opened up two BURNT sesame seed bagels and burnt hash browns.

Came in on June 2, 2025 about 10:40am
No one acknowledged me, the place was dead, and the staff were having a conversation about astrology signs. Finally a worker turned around and took my order. All 6 of them saw me standing there, and not one of them acknowledged me because their conversation about astrology seemed more important. Do Better D/D. I won’t be returning and I’ll be posting this incident on all of my social media accounts

This Dunkin' is so inefficient it's crazy! Every time, it takes forever. All I get it a regular coffee. When I FINALLY pull up to the window after like 15 minutes, my coffee isn't even ready to go! The person working the register at the window has to go walk through the store to get my coffee. Why isn't it ready to go at the window? I used to work at Dunkin. We had one person on the register, one person making sandwiches, one person making coffees. Way more efficient and fast. I've had several times where the person working the register has to go walk through the store to get my coffee, bumping into the other workers. There's a bunch of people back there who just seem confused and in the way. I don't see any hustle or urgency. Whoever manages this place needs to think about efficiency and speed. They could literally be serving twice as many cars, easily! Set it up in a way that makes sense! When I pull up to that window, someone should have brought the coffee to the person working the register. And what the heck is taking so long? My God it seems like each car takes 10 min to order. Let's get this place MOVING, please! Even when I go inside, I don't understand what is taking so long! I should be out of there in 2 minutes for a regular coffee!

Placed and order at the counter employer who rang me out was quick and pleasant. But when I was waiting for my latte the female employee let it sit there and did all the other coffee's behind me and when I asked about it she stated it's over there. Not a way to treat a customer . Will not return to this location

Six people working and yet it was clear that none of them were actually making the food I ordered. I asked for a refund after ten minutes and left

I came in cool down and grab my morning coffee, and it was unbearably hot. I can't even imagine how much the employees were suffering because I was sweating the moment I walked in. I saw multiple staff members visibly distressed and sweating. In this heat wave, that's unacceptable.
