Ever since the previous manger from pine street took over, the store just completely failed. I am following Darcy, the previous manager over to the pine street store. She just gives such a good vibe and the store doesn’t have that feel anymore

One particular employee who works afternoon shifts, a man in his 40s-50s, has caused issues with me repeatedly. He is aggressive, rude, argumentative, to the point where he yells at me through the drive thru window while I am waiting in line, and puts his hands on my car door to shut it. This employee has argued with me 3 times now, and today was the last time I ever go there because I feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I’ve made it clear to him all I want is to get my coffee and leave, but he constantly argues with the customer. I can’t believe someone like this works in customer service, and faces no consequences. I’ve went to this location almost daily and NEVER have had issues until this employee. I guess Dunkin tolerates employees arguing with customers and putting their hands on customers vehicle. Horrible.

I can’t even find this location on Yelp but this used to be one of my favorite Dunkins and it has absolutely gone downhill. Not sure if management changed or what the issue is but every time I go there now they’re extremely rude and try to tell me that they gave me a drink when they didn’t. They have done this twice out of the few times that I’ve been going recently due to the arrogance coming from the workers as well as I have them scan my Dunkin card with PLENTY of money on it, and then they tell me I still owe money…DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF/SCAMED ALL WHILE BEING TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY!

the staff is extremely rude and slow. tried telling me she already gave me my drink when i didn’t receive it yet. gave me burnt bacon. doesn’t care about there customers and will just take your money without giving you your food/drinks. DO BETTER. this location is terrible

I just got a coffee today here, order #6777. I had the most beautiful angel answer the prompter to ask for my order. Kim blew my mind with her gentleness towards me. She’s also super kind and beautiful. Yall are lucky to have her. And I’ll def stop by more at this location.

I am a regular here and they've really done well across the board.
Of all my many visits, one had been not up to par but they were happy to correct it. As a result I am still there amongst the many other locations. Darcy, who I believe is a manager there is phenomenal. She greets me every morning and knows my order right when I start talking. A pleasure to see daily and get this level of care to start the day.
