Stopped here after being up since 4 a.m from black Friday shopping..this was my 3rd Dunkin store from that day..the previous store made my drink wrong maybe 30 mins prior to me going to this Dunkin..I didn't realize it tho since it was a hot drink that was TOO HOT to drink right away..but my kids texted and asked me to bring breakfast home so that's how I ended up at the pine Street store..I ordered sandwiches and a donut for the kids and asked them if they could fix the drink I got from the previous Dunkin and I was told NO..that the manager said it wasn't from one of their stores..( it was the store going towards target still in Bristol).. honestly it shouldn't matter either way..if a hot chocolate is worth more than helping a customer (that also spent money here didn't just ask for my drink to be remade) then I certainly will not be back to this location..Rich, do better with ur mangers people skills cuz this was wrong smh

Ever since Darcy took over and the beautiful Reno of the whole store the energy changed for the better! I love how lovely the staff is and how Darcy recognized me from East Main and knew my order! I love how she manages and doesn’t cut anyone slack to anything ! Give her the energy you want to be treated with!!!!

I asked for a coffee with cream and Splenda. The sticker said cream and Splenda. I got cream and sugar. This location makes these kinds of mistakes all the time. Are these people really getting paid over $16/hr?

I have stopped by this location in the middle of the afternoon on two occasions to get my Dad donuts. A lot of stores have slim pickings by that time of day, but both times they had a great selection. Got in and out fast.

Morning manager guy sucks . Always rude and after waiting at the driver thru window for 9 minutes he walks up to the window and gives me a weir look then proceeds to ask if I cut in line or if I’m waiting . Then proceeds to give me and attitude once finding out I didn’t cut the line he just forgot I ordered
I love there first shift crew especially Eddie and his management 🙏

This is my FAVORITE Dunkin. I always feel taken care of no matter who is working. If I have time, I will sit and wait in the drive thru no matter how many cars are there. If not, I sadly go to a different location. They NEVER get my order wrong and finish my order as I start at the speaker lol Im conflicted on how I feel about that right now.
CORP needs to let them accept tips at the window!!! I recently found out that they can't accept tips, and that really upset me. Other than that, no complaints.
