I go this Dunkin more often than the others in town because it is close to my job. This used to be the best Dunkin in town but it has been going a little downhill in my opinion. More order is wrong more and more and I order the same thing every time. Sometimes it isn’t even the type of drink I ordered. I order a latte and sometimes they just give me an iced coffee. Sometimes it just doesn’t even taste right like they didn’t put in the amount of extras I asked for in it. But sometimes it is so so good. Really depends on which crew is on. Also the employees seem to talk a lot which may explain some of the mistakes. I’m glad they get along but they can also focus on the orders a little better maybe. Over all, I like this Dunkin but it seems to be slipping in quality a little and I hope that it can return to being the good good Dunkin I know it can be.

Awful. Placed an order for 11 glazed, 1 old fashioned.Employee gave me a box. I didn’t open it until home. Four unglazed old fashioneds, one French cruller, one I glazed donut, 6 glazed. All were day old.How hard is it to get donuts? AI automate these people’s jobs already.
Since the new takeover with these new employees, it seems to me that they do not know what they are doing with making coffees and such. When trying to tell them EXACTLY how to make a coffee with the number of flavors, number of sugar, number of dairy. They still manage to jack it up regardless The old crew that were there were able to manage listening consistently and were able to follow directions. Even the employees were rude at times when telling them they made it wrong where they throw a tantrum. It is not my fault you guys messed up on the order and have to redo the coffee. It is your fault which should have been done correctly the first time around. Maybe the owner or whoever will read this, maybe not. However, the loss of revenue because of this new crew is really going to cost them because of the mistakes they are making and the loss of customers because of their work ethics and attitudes. I might as well go to a Starbucks if I wanted the same treatment with bad service.

My sister got an under cooked bagel and then after asking them for something else she winded up with untoasted sourdough bread (no big deal) but then opened up the sandwich for the egg to cool down and realized the sausage was cold. Not great for my first and only experience there but at least they got my coffee right ??♀️

Usually my favorite becuase they are always super fast but like any fast food place check your bag before you leave just in case ?
Worst experience ever. I started ordering my food the girl that was taking the order didn't know what she was doing. I had to repeat my order five different time and each time she was saying the opposite of what I was saying. I got to the window and they start giving all the wrong orders. I told them that what they where giving me was wrong and the girl that was taking the order came up to the window and started telling me that I never order what I was telling them. I told her I repeated my self multiple times. They need new ppl that know what they are doing to work in that place.
