Dunkin'

Stopped in for iced coffee on Black Friday. I needed to ask if they had a decaf iced coffee, and my question was immediately answered by one of the team members which I thought was helpful. My order was taken and made in a timely manner. My drink came out perfect, and I'm happy with my visit. Great store! Would return :)

Never fails, I get in the drive thru of the DD 1/2 mile away from this one and creep, creep. Then before I'm committed I break out of line and zoom this DD. This line always moves and the food is the same. Plus it's attached to a convenience store, gas station and car wash. One day I'm going to zoom back to the other DD after getting my stuff and see who's still in that line moving at glacial speed. While sipping my coffee. But the slow one is the best DD in town if you want to sit and sip. Good people watching.

Lol..it's Dunkin!

Couple weeks I order a strawberry refresher it taste like more water I said OK no problem. Wish I never had no problems with them to today. They give me a hard time when I place the order for refresher strawberry this time she didn’t place the order she’s death. I ordered egg and cheese on a wrap the cheese was not melt the cheese was too cold slice.

I placed a mobile order for my morning small iced coffee. Now I don’t like to pay for half of my drink to be ice therefore I always get my iced coffee with no ice and a cup of ice on the side so I can put the appropriate 3-4 ice cubes in my drink. I ended up forgetting to select no ice on the app (done that before lol and usually they have no problem adjusting it when I mention it at the drive thru speaker). However this time around the older lady manager of Dunkin told me that “it’s already made when you order ahead so no I can’t do that”. That definitely surprised me so I said okay no problem. I waited to get to the window (in a line for 10 min ish) and mentioned to the manager working the window if she could at least take out some ice out of my drink. She proceeded to tell me “umm I have a line I’ll give you a cup and a fork and you can take it out yourself”. Proceeded to give me a cup and a fork( not even a spoon).

Around 70% of the time they get my order wrong. Takes to long to order and wait. Have to do on the go orders. Just found a plastic wrapper in my coffee and completely ruined my day. Will not be going here anymore!

Slowest drive thru ever been waiting in line already for 15 min and only 3 cars in front of me. Never again this location good luck with that kind of speed of service lol drink some coffee guys

Every time I come here they get my order wrong and then have an attitude when I tell them. Got a large coffee and it was all milk. Another time, asked for a double espresso shot in my coffee and then they gave it to me on side. Got angry when I said it was supposed to be in it. Very unprofessional Dunkin. I don’t recommend coming to this Bristol location.

Some times it's very busy, but unlike many Dunkin's, this one Usually gets your order right.
