My experience with Emily’s catering was wonderful from start to finish. The tasting was wonderful and they were very collaborative, they adjusted their typical summer menu to include short rib at our request. Additionally they were courteous to our large number of sober guests and served sparkling cider for the toast, they thoughtfully left us a bottle to take home with our cake! Emily's Catering was our caterer for our wedding and was absolutely fantastic. From the very start, Rick the owner worked with us on developing a menu that was elegant and fit our wedding while being within budget. He took his time with us to get the menu right - and when we went in for the tasting, it was INCREDIBLE! He said to us "I don't want your food to be good - it needs to be great" and they delivered.
