The tasting was wonderful and they were very collaborative, they adjusted their typical summer menu to include short rib at our request. Additionally they were courteous to our large number of sober guests and served sparkling cider for the toast, they thoughtfully left us a bottle to take home with our cake! All of our wedding guests raved about the food after and were very impressed with the quality. At many weddings guests wait around hungry for dinner after cocktail hour but Emily’s Catering’s expert serving timing eliminated that issue. Overall the team was communicative, accommodating, and delivered an excellent product. I would 100% recommend them for any event!

My fiancée and I just got married at Priam Vineyards on 8/23, and the comments about how great the food was are still coming in a week later. Ricky and Cheryl were an absolute pleasure to work with. Rick was transparent and easy to communicate with. When I first spoke with him, he said “I won’t be the cheapest option for you, but I will be the best value” and it was spot on. The appetizers are as creative as they are delicious. Some passed apps have drinks to accompany them and the guests had an absolute ball with this. I did not receive a single complaint about them.
For dinner, I had multiple guests come to me and say it was the best meal they ever had. The filet was perfect, the sea bass is an excellent fish choice and the chicken received rave reviews as well. Their dishes are fun, detailed, and cooked to perfection.
The desserts were honestly one of the highlights of the night. Their assortment of cream brûlée, tiramisu, lemon bars, etc. were a huge hit and well worth it.
But aside from the food, was stood out the most was the waitstaff and bartenders hospitality. They were so kind and genuine that I received so many comments about their genuine nature. They were prompt clearing dishes but also allowed gusts to enjoy their meal. The bartenders were so nice and did a fantastic job making our signature drinks. When you envision a wedding, you want your guests to have plenty of food and drink, and I don’t think a single guest left our wedding wanting anything more. Rick and Cheryl, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you and your team, and I hope everyone gets a chance to experience your company and all they have to offer. Please do not hesitate to consider Emily’s for your event as you will in NO way be disappointed.

We had Emily's cater our holiday party, and it was seamless! The staff was extremely friendly, and handled all of the setup and cleanup, so we had more time to focus on our guests. The food was unmatched — our guests, along with us, have been talking about their incredible risotto ever since! We were also a bit nervous about how the logistics of moving chairs from the ceremony to the dining area would play out, but Emily's team handled everything so seamlessly that we didn’t even notice the transition. They were smooth, organized, and so professional. The team was thoughtful and detail-oriented, setting up our table settings and decor exactly how we imagined. The bar service was incredible, and we had so many compliments from our guests, including one from my very particular uncle, who was thrilled with how they incorporated his special bottles into the service. Rick, Cheryl, and the entire team were by far the most impressive vendor we worked with — they were organized, kind, and made the day run so smoothly.
One of our favorite parts of our wedding weekend was finishing up bringing all of the decor back to our house, and popping trays of Emily’s catering into the oven and reading all of our cards from our wedding day. We even had enough pulled pork and risotto to bring back to Brooklyn with us, it made our wedding last a week longer!
We are so thankful for the incredible service Emily’s Catering provided. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I sincerely hope we can work with them again in the future — they made our wedding day the best day of our lives!

To start, Emily’s offers a variety of different Hors d'oeuvres to choose from to make your cocktail hour special. We chose to have the antipasto grazing table, as well as 8 different Hors d'oeuvres that staff consistently walked around with. Then, when it came time for our dinners, between the portion, presentation and FLAVORS, we were absolutely blown away.
Lastly, we chose to have a pie station accompanied with smaller deserts along with coffee and tea. This made the end of our wedding absolutely spectacular.
Our concern to Rick when we were choosing catering for our wedding was being hungry immediately after it was over… Rick assured us that wouldn’t be the case and boy was he not wrong. We were 100% satisfied!
