Emily’s Catering blew us away in every way! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but their customer service and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations. As a couple doing a lot of DIY for our wedding, we were a little overwhelmed and didn’t have a wedding planner, but from our very first tasting, Emily’s team made us feel completely confident and supported.
The food was unmatched — our guests, along with us, have been talking about their incredible risotto ever since! We were also a bit nervous about how the logistics of moving chairs from the ceremony to the dining area would play out, but Emily's team handled everything so seamlessly that we didn’t even notice the transition. They were smooth, organized, and so professional. The team was thoughtful and detail-oriented, setting up our table settings and decor exactly how we imagined. The bar service was incredible, and we had so many compliments from our guests, including one from my very particular uncle, who was thrilled with how they incorporated his special bottles into the service. Rick, Cheryl, and the entire team were by far the most impressive vendor we worked with — they were organized, kind, and made the day run so smoothly.
One of our favorite parts of our wedding weekend was finishing up bringing all of the decor back to our house, and popping trays of Emily’s catering into the oven and reading all of our cards from our wedding day. We even had enough pulled pork and risotto to bring back to Brooklyn with us, it made our wedding last a week longer!
We are so thankful for the incredible service Emily’s Catering provided. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I sincerely hope we can work with them again in the future — they made our wedding day the best day of our lives!

To start, Emily’s offers a variety of different Hors d'oeuvres to choose from to make your cocktail hour special. We chose to have the antipasto grazing table, as well as 8 different Hors d'oeuvres that staff consistently walked around with. Then, when it came time for our dinners, between the portion, presentation and FLAVORS, we were absolutely blown away.
Lastly, we chose to have a pie station accompanied with smaller deserts along with coffee and tea. This made the end of our wedding absolutely spectacular.
Our concern to Rick when we were choosing catering for our wedding was being hungry immediately after it was over… Rick assured us that wouldn’t be the case and boy was he not wrong. We were 100% satisfied!
Staff was amazing, helpful and always asking us if we needed anything. If you’re considering catering for any event, Emily’s is the way to go!! Thank you to Rick and his wonderful staff for making our wedding perfect!

From customizing the menu to match our citrus bridal shower theme, to flexibility in moving our date to giving us plenty of time to finalize the count, they were super-easy to work with. And oh my -- the food was beyond delicious! We were primarily an Italian crowd with extremely high standards and the flavors blew us away. Five stars just isn't enough.

From them taking the time with us to really figure out the menu to giving us and our guests 11/10 service on the day of, Emily's Catering went above and beyond every step of the way. I don't even know where to start. From the moment we met Rick and had our tasting we knew there was no one else we wanted to cater our wedding. That was the best decision we could have made. The entire process was so easy and stress free. Fantastic communication from that first meeting throughout the whole process. Cheryl in the office is so on top of everything. The day of our wedding during setup it rained, it was on the beach and where they cooked the food to where they set up was a nice distance from each other. The staff was smiling , happy, professional and efficient, Just wonderful the entire day and night. I don't think there was one guest that didn't comment how great the staff was. And the food over the top amazing. The passed hors d'oeuvres were such a hit, small grilled cheese sandwiches with tiny cups of soup, individual little bottles of patron with a shrimp on a skewer I could go on and on about the presentation the quality and the taste but let's just say people were raving. Every hors d'oeuvre we selected was amazing and the cocktail hour stations were unbelievable so much food! The quality of the food and the selection for dinner did not disappoint. Amazing!! Emily's catered our brunch the next day and we couldn't have been happier. I don't think there was one guest that didn't contact us the next day to let us know that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! Highly recommend Rick and his entire staff of Emily's catering. If we ever have another event they will definitely be who we call.

The appetizers were phenomenal! The variety of options allowed us to have something for everyone. Each appetizer was better than the next. The grazing table full of delicious foods was beautiful. There wasn't one thing we didn't love! Every guest had their plates full with the different stations that were available. Also, we are not cake lovers and the cake they provided was unbelievable.

They even overcame a breakdown of one of their trucks en route to the venue and without missing a beat, they kept the whole event on schedule! So thankful we chose Emily's Catering Group to cater my daughter's wedding. I knew as soon as I spoke with Rick that he had the experience we needed as we turned our backyard into the event venue. Rick worked with us to create an incredible menu that fit within our small budget and his staff handled everything so that we did not need to think about any of the details during the reception. Additionally, I want to shout out to Marcy and her team for enduring the torrential rain that flowed for most of our event. When the downpour moved our outdoor ceremony to the covered porch, Marcy and her team quickly adjusted and managed to safely deliver the passed apps to guests finding shelter in both the tent and the porch. The plated salad and entree, along with the family-style sides, were all delicious! We are grateful for the staff's flexibility, creativity and professionalism, - they did all the thinking, so we could just be in the moment. Highly recommend!
