I was disappointed. I was really hoping it would be a great sandwich .The best part of a sub is the bread....and this bread was lacking in flavor and freshness. I got a small roast beef sub and it was pretty basic. Not much flavor at as ll. The service was fair. I'd rather go to the other sub shop across the street if I'm in the area again.

12.22.21 The staff is great here. Every now and then they're not as engaging as they usually are but those have been the times when they're very busy executing orders for customers. Of course that's more important to get the orders made and out to the customers. Otherwise they are a good team here. There is the one woman who seems to be the one in charge with long brown hair (sorry I forgot her name) she is always incredibly nice and very hospitable. She is incredibly kind and patient. The place itself is immaculate. So clean throughout. The parking lot is large with no issues ever to find a spot. It's easy access into their lot from two different side streets. They are one of the better sub places in our area. The quality of their meats is very good and always fresh. The only issues I've had with quality have been with the freshness of their bread. Too many times i have received older or stale bread. I keep coming back because the good times have outweighed the negative times by far. It still seems a bit when you're hungry and in the mood for a great sub and you get sub par bread. Then it's womp womp womp :( Other than that is always been positive experiences here. They have easy ordering online with their app. They have had many issues with they app earlier this year but have since worked them out and is been a lot better. The app is so easy to use. Very user friendly to modify and sub you purchase. Easy peezy pick up when using the app. I've only had a few times when I went to pick up the subs after using the app that they weren't ready for the quoted time. The Italian sub is just ok in my opinion. Not a fan of it here. The same with the meatball sub. I'm not a fan of their meatballs either. At all. I'd pass on their meatballs. I do have a thing where I must try the meatballs any place that I go to that has them. It's just a thing of mine. I unfortunately didn't expect these to be that good but nevertheless I still had to try them once. The new york steamer is corned beef & pastrami was also just ok and not a favorite. But the favorites here that are awesome are the brisket & cheddar sub. The other favorite that tops the chart over the brisket is their turkey bacon ranch. Oh momma. Talk about yummers. This is the winner. Each and every time I've ordered the turkey bacon ranch it has been great except the handful of times I received the stale or older bread. You can order it as it comes or modify it any way you like. They have banana peppers and chopped pickles toppings to add to your sub. There isn't an additional charge for these toppings. There were only a couple of instances where they missed adding the toppings that I ordered, but we all make mistakes at different times in life. For the record I have been here numerous times. I do mean numerous and I continue to come back. You obviously do not need to use the app to place an order. The service has been pretty quick most of the time to get your food when you go in and place an order at the counter. It's like any place else, that if you go at lunch time or dinner time there can be a slight wait because of their busy periods when most everyone else is there ordering also. I almost forgot about dessert. The chocolate chip cookies are pretty incredible. Disclaimer: as with the bread sometimes older and/or stale, sometimes the cookies have been meh :( but the majority of times the chocolate chip cookies have been pretty epic for a sub place. Overall this place is a solid (as they say) stop for subs any way you slice it. They are WORTH a stop any time you're in our area. They're a great bunch of people working here and deserve a pat on the back for all of their hard work and efforts. They continue to pump out some good products from this location. So woot woot to them. Kudos to the team. Keep it up. Thanks for all that you do in the community in addition to supporting our fire fighters. You're all heroes in my book. Thank you.

Good food and nice service but this is not a quick service/ fast food. It's faster than sit down restaurants but it's slower than a drive-thru. There is seating available and also take out.

Well I called to ask if they use white meat tuna instead of a mix like most places do so I ordered because they said yes if you're like me and you're picky about your tuna don't order from them $20 later I got a taste exactly like Subway wrong wrong wrong and I called to ask that's the sad part I will never ever ever call them again or eat from there again or recommend them to anyone I even put in the comments if the person that answered the phone was wrong to call me and put my phone number and they didn't very very disappointed $20 seriously? Worst experience ever

They're short staffed like everyone else, so I won't hold that against them. Their subs are so delicious though. I tried the Cuban bbq sub, a little messy but it was worth it!
The subs here are delicious!! If you're looking for a good Sub and you're tired of Subway, do yourself a favor and find a Firehouse Subs in your area. Definitely better than Subway.
