The staff is wonderful at Fresh Craft Grille & Carvel. Friendly smiles + helpful personalities go a long way here.💖

Unlike the false advertising from other fast-food burger joints on Rt.6, this has become my go-to place for fresh chicken, beef or veggie black-bean burgers, salads + ice cream. Their burgers are exactly what you'd expect to get when scanning the menu. Burgers are cooked just right; large fresh, juicy + deeeliciously mouthwatering. When ordering a salad they're large enough to split between 2 people. I can expect to have enough for the next day. 😍 I love the sweet potato fries because they're perfectly fried + sliced right from the whole food itself, not made from processed + rehydrated potato flakes/powder. The fried onion rings are pretty good, too; large rings with an even amount of batter + crisp.

Then, inside the same building, I'll walk over to Carvel if I have room in mah belly for ice cream.😋 And, Carvel's does not disappoint. They create all of their hard + soft ice cream flavors themselves + support local dairy farmers throughout CT. Also, whipped cream doesn't cost extra + there aren't any broken soft-serve ice cream machines unlike McDonalds + BK.

Besides, prices nowadays are pretty much the same as any other fast-food place, but the portions are Bigger + the quality is wayy Better! Also, if you're willing to wait 10-15mins in a fast-food drive-thru line, you might as well come here or use their online ordering + pick-up option to spend your dough$ on reliable service + quality food! 😉👍🏻

Took my mom who was visiting to try their food. I was not impressed with my food but my mom enjoyed hers overall, so her excitement about her food over-shinned how I felt about mine. She ordered four different meals to try them. She noticed I didn’t enjoyed my food, she told me give them a second try it’ll be better. I did and my food was amazing the second time around. I’m glad I listened. Would definitely go back again. Thanks Mom…

Ordered on UberEATS, and made the mistake of ordering close to closing. Missed notes on order, which are based on allergies. Ordered two Dr.peppers, figuring how could they mess it up. One Coke, One Dr.Pepper. please do better.

Forget McDonald's. Bring the kids here for hamburgers, hot dogs and fries. Grab yourself a sandwich on pita bread or a artisan salad.

Then after dinner head to their in house ice cream counter for dessert!

Constantino the owner of the establishment was very rude upon me entering the store. When I asked where the other owner was that I personally knew he told me he had passed away. I said oh I'm so sorry and he said I'm not which I found very unnecessary. While being thrown off guard by the first comment I was rudely rushed through my order and as my order was being made he talked about me to his other employee which happens to be his son that I used to work with. I asked if they were hiring beforehand and he continued to go on and tell his son I would never hire her I bet she was the worst worker ever and talked about me right in front of my face. The funny thing is I was a great worker and I wasn't even inquiring for myself. The other people in line thought that it was very rude also. Then he wanted to charge me extra because I wanted blue cheese dressing instead of ranch dressing. He never asked me what kind of dressing I wanted for my salad or if it was for there or to go. I don't think anybody that thinks someone else's life being over is a good thing deserves to have loyal customers. Goodbye Freshcraft Grille and good luck. I also want to include that my salad was only half made there were no croutons and when I asked for a cup of nachos cheese sauce on the side which I was willing to pay for I was told you have to wait for the next person in line because I have to ring you up for that which I said was not a problem but then I was ignored for the next 10 minutes.

After waiting an hour for my food it came out cold. Waited another hour and she forgot about my food after telling her several times and I ended up getting a refund for my whole meal. Never going here again, not to mention the black mold everywhere in the dining area where you're eating.

Absolutely outstanding food! I got the Mediterranean salad with gyro meat and a pretzel. Salad had so many fresh flavors. Pretzel has a nice crunch to it and the honey mustard was definitely home made. Recommending this place to everyone!

Usually now one to leave bad reviews, but the girl who waited on the front counter was rude. Completely ignoring us when we stood there even tho she saw us and gave us attitude for no absolutely no reason. Food is good, but good service makes a good business.

I love Fresh Craft don't get me wrong and I don't usually make reviews but I'm disappointed with the customer service I received today. I wanted a 8 piece bone in wing, half buffalo and half garlic parmesan, but he informed how they ran out so I decided to get the tenders... I was so excited to eat my food but plain tenders when I got home!!! I called and spoke with a man I screenshotted the call time at 2:46 when he started to be rude and would not give him his name so I could confirm my refund with James I believe he said. I told him I was willing to show him the tenders the next day because I truly don't want to eat the tenders.. he began to go on a rant about not to bring the food, health protocol and how he's not refunding the whole order.. honestly spent $32 and just wanted my tenders refunded.. the man on the phone informed me how the tenders do not get sauce, but I told the cashier what sauce I wanted and he did not make me aware of that so no I don't want to pay for something I won't eat and enjoy! He was not professional at all did not make the situation better or ask if I paid cash or card then just hung up on me... customer service definitely needs to be worked on. I called again and spoke with the cashier at 3:14 and I explained how I spoke with a man regarding my refund and he was being pretty rude and I was just calling back to make sure that my receipt gets printed and I guess he remembered me and he continued to say how he did ask me what sauce I wanted and how if I wasn't stoned I would've heard him, laughed and hung up... didn't say anything professional.. It would've been way better if he just apologized, you know miscommunication happens and made me feel reassured by telling me how he will print out my receipt... I don't smoke my friend does so I'm sure she smelt like pot. It's very inappropriate to speak to a customer like this and not how you handle a situation. I won't be ordering here again and I'm sure you'll continue to lose customers for your rude employees.
