I gave it only four stars because I wish the food was a little hotter..a very nice selection..nice staff..immaculate..its a very nice selection of food..I guess just try to dig down or stir food for hotness..I know it's difficult to do..if they had a microwave..I'd ask for a zap to heat up a tad..hope this establishment here for many years..

Let me start, name of of the place is Hibachi Buffet, im asuming these means good Hibachi, was i wrong! On the positive, super spacious, super clean nice staff. The buffet side was decent, big variety, decent quality, many choices, huge salad bar, I guess for those guests that are watching the carbs. But onto the Hibachi, create your own, ok cool, decent choices, seems good so far, handed the plate to guy awesome, he asks for sauce preference, ok perfect, what took place next was hilarious, he had 4 orders, I was watching him on the grill, he immediately got flustered, starting mixing dishes together, heat was too high, burning stuff, started handing out wrong orders to people, uh oh more orders incoming lol, I had the completely wrong burnt over cooked Hibachi order, went to table, wife was like what the heck is that! The odd part of this place was made up of nice Mexican people preparing the sushi and cooking the Hibachi (sushi was 6/10 not great but acceptable). Take that statement however you like. It was just odd! If your local and you want to stuff your face, definitely could be worse options, I'll never travel 30 minutes away to come back.

Good buffet food with lots of options ranging from Chinese to American food. With the hibachi and sushi, the options are nearly unlimited.

My wife and I decided to go there for a lunch, the food they offered was mostly American food so not many authentic Chinese options however the food that they had was okay I suppose, I did not go to the salad bar however I did try several options my wife included and some things were okay other things weren't very good. The staff were nice enough, very aggressive on the Tipping however I'm fairly certain this is normal behavior nowadays in our culture so I won't fault them for that. Can't say I would recommend this to a friend but if there were no other options I suppose I might go again. The price tag for the food was accurate however they don't tell you they charge you nearly $7 more for a glass of watered down soda.

My son brought the family here last night. I am back here today for Sunday brunch. Staff is courteous, efficient and helpful without over crowding me as I eat. They are not bothersome while im eating. I tried honey chicken, coconut shrimp, cabbage & garlic & more but I dont have anything left on the plate to tell you what it was. All was fantastic. Could be a little warmer. I didn't care for the crawfish. The cakes were moist. My granddaughter had 8 pieces of one that she fell in love with. The hot tea was good. I wouldnt order coffee here, its not really offered. The drinks are large, brought to you as soon as you get seated. I will definetly be making this a family meeting spot. They have something for all tastes, young and old.

Honest opinion here since this was the first time I came here with my family-
I didn’t enjoy it, the only thing here I enjoyed was the egg custard steamed buns. The food here was very not good, for example, the white rice was undercooked where i had to spit some out since I had a lot of rice that was crunchy and hard like it wasn’t cook, the general chows chicken didn’t taste good and just tasted like sweet and sour chicken and I even got a bone as well in one piece. This is suppose to be a habachi buffet which is a Japanese cuisine and I’m sorry to say this but this isn’t a habachi buffet since I don’t think habachi has shrimp Alfredo and Mac and cheese and other American style food. My grandpa got the shrimp and complained it was a bit raw and badly de-veined. Also it was very inconvenient that the silverware is not on the tables, you only have a fork, no spoon or knife, or even salt and sugar for the table, all of those are somewhere in the Buffett area. Honestly if you want to draw in people here, actually have habachi food here since this is suppose to be a habachi buffet. I would happily come back here and try this again if changes were made since I love chinese, Japanese and habachi food since I’ve been to japan before and I’ve been to authentic Chinese restaurants before too! I believe this place could be amazing if more of an effort is placed. I’m in no way a professional cook or restaurant owner and I know things can be difficult, but hopefully the customers are heard. Good luck habachi buffet, hopefully me and my family can come back if things change and got better!
