I don’t usually write reviews but I was sad to learn Emily no longer works at Jersey Mike’s! She was very kind, attentive, managed other employees well and definitely made the atmosphere of the store shine unfortunately now its just workers that look miserable and you can tell they don’t like their job! No greetings or smiles when you arrive, food is good but be careful the staff, they will catch a bad attitude with you!

It's usually really really great I get the famous philly cheese steak and today I went there and ordered and I asked for the other grinder roll and she gave me a plain one and I didn't notice till I was at home and I took my scooter there so I was not finna go back

Is there a way to leave a 0? Normally I don’t leave reviews at all, but felt the need to this evening. Ok so myself and the family go in, we order. I asked for a GIANT steak and cheese with ONLY steak and cheese and nothing else. The guy asked do you want the peppers and onions etc to which I say no thank you just steak and cheese. The team calls my name and I notice that my order was not a giant size. I ask is this one for me? They said yes that is yours. I advised then that I ordered a giant so I asked was I charged for the smaller size. I was only charged for the regular sized but they said they will make another one for me at no charge. I said no, not sure if it was a supervisor, but a female with tattoos said why not it’s no charge? I said no thank you. She said don’t be mean about it we already have it on the grill and only a few minutes to wait. Again I said no, please don’t waste the food, I’m fine. I start to walk out and hear her say GEEZ you don’t have to be mean, which she likely didn’t think I heard, but I did and said back, I’m not being mean, I told you not to put more food down. She then yelled at the guy that took my order (in front of other patrons) and said “PAY MORE ATTENTION”. So long story short we leave. We get just outside the parking lot and something said check your food. Sure enough the order was incorrect. I drive back to bring the sandwich back because I had ordered a steak and cheese with nothing else. I walk in and the associate clearly wasn’t happy to see me. I said not only did your team not listen to the size(which I was ok with) but the order itself is incorrect. She opens the sandwich and said this is what you ordered. I reply back with, I ordered a steak and cheese only, no peppers or onions etc. I said please refund my card. She yelled at the guy that made the sandwich and said “did this customer really order the way he said he did? The guy (curly hair, pony tail) said YES he did and that was my mistake, very sorry. The lady, I assume the supervisor yelled at him again in front of several patrons. Being a leader in retail myself I would never do that in front of patrons. Just so poorly run. It pains me to leave a bad review but it is what it is.

Always happy with the food at Jersey Mike's. Only setback is when I order online, I'd say 8 out of 10 times my food isn't ready for pick up at scheduled time. I've just adapted to showing up 10 min later.

First and last time I clearly told the girl I wanted a club sub in a bowl minus the bread and olive oil. Add extra cheese and honey mustard . She dismissed the honey mustard and didn’t even add the mayo nor the bacon. I went up to let her know there was honey mustard and bacon missing and Instead of making a new order she plopped the bacon then the mayo then the honey mustard on top and I am more than certain she added olive oil even though I said do not put any. I was so close to lose my cool but left it at is . I already struggle eating normal because I had gastric sleeve and when I order something I want to be able to enjoy!

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The customer service was top-notch — everyone was kind, funny, and super helpful. As someone with celiac disease, it can sometimes be stressful ordering out, but the staff did an amazing job accommodating my needs and making sure everything was safe for me to enjoy. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the positive attitude they brought to the whole experience. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!

The food is always great, but I have yet to have a mobile order ready when expected. I now go 20 minutes after they say it will be ready and sometimes I still have to wait.

I’m so disappointed at this place. The cashier, The Blonde girl specifically. I have waited an HOUR for my order. She is not organized. She tells me give me 2 min I waited 30 min and then she asks me the name of the order and proceeds to tell me “ give me a few” I waited again another 15 min and she never give me my order. After the 15 min passed she tells her coworker “can u give that order to that guy” meaning the order was sitting there the WHOLE entire time. This place needs a supervisor in the restaurant or something.

I brought a vegetable wrap they made it perfect to my liking with a drink with it. the atmosphere was amazing it was nice and clean very clean. customer service was on point. I have to taste the other sandwiches.

These guyz are pathetic, they act too entitled. They keep folks on mobile order waiting forever. Absolutely disgusting service
