While I love Jersey Mike's, this location needs some help. They are short staffed (3 people working), online orders not processed until the person walks in (which defeats the purpose of ordering and picking up), a long line of customers and staff that look miserable. They need to properly staff this location.

I just can't justify the price. $3.25 for just American Cheese on a giant grinder was the tipping point for me. Way to expensive for what you're getting.

This is probably the last time I’m going here every time I go I pacifically ask for no peppers but some reason every time there on it and the worker taking my order didn’t even seem to want to pay attention they were to busy talking to each other.

I normally love this jersey mikes during the week the team members are so much faster and work together! Today’s group of team members stood around a group of 5 only 2 were working. You had the young man in front dancing rather than working on the sandwiches fairly! Smh customer service sucks these kids didn’t want to work! Bring the during the week crew back asap! Drop the kids especially the young man dancing!

Picked up my online order today. 2 giants and a regular. Seemed like the weight of the sandwiches was off. For one, these sandwiches have shrunk on length since last summer (suddenly they fit lengthwise in my cooler) and they have definitely gotten skimpy on the quantity of meat on these sandwiches! The sandwiches I expected are worth the price I paid, but I felt thoroughly ripped off today for the pathetic sandwiches received. Sad day - Faith lost in jersey mikes. I won't be back, unless there's a promise of a refund or redo of sandwiches made properly.

This store is terrible. They can't seem to be able to read and get orders correct. Who manages this place? Does everyone there know how to read. Three separate times my order was wrong. Why I go back I can't really answer that. How hard is it to read an order and make it??

Ordered the giant Italian sub around 230pm on a Wednesday. No wait or crowd. Food was ready in 15 min as promised. The taste and quality was as expected for Jersey Mike's standards. Staff was pleasant.

Supreme Electric LLC

I put in a door dash order and they totally screwed up my order. I called down their to resolve and the women who picked was extra rude, I ask her what her name was because I was going to report her and she didn’t want to reveal her name so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and hung up on me. I couldn’t even get a refund or a response when I called back down there so now I’m stuck with food that was less in price than my order and it’s not even what I ordered. I will never never never ever order Jersey Mike again total rip off. If this is the managers they’re hiring they will not be around long what a way to sink a business.

First time I've been to a Jersey Mike's, the food was delicious! I'll start with that. We arrived at about 12pm, there were a few people waiting but nothing crazy we had no idea where to order, no one greeted us, finally they send us to the place to order. The woman was a little argumentative on whether I said regular or mini which was not necessary. They took my husband's name for the order "Mike". Meanwhile we go to sit and wait thinking this is what we do we're called back up to put toppings on my sandwich which I was unaware I had to do, but we were given no direction from anyone and confused. So we sit and wait after this. The call Mike 10 mins after, meanwhile there are 2 other Mike's behind us waiting for there orders. One of these gentlemen start to argue with us that, that was their sandwich. We ignore it and move on to getting drinks. Lady at the register asks us to give back the sandwich that it was his. So we did and continued to wait another 10 mins. They call Mike and called out a sandwich that was not his so we didn't bother walking up. After another 10 mins my husband asks the girl if it's his cause that's not what he ordered. She had no idea what to do. My husband sat down again, the cashier calls him up and says it's his sandwich. We check it at the table and it's not what we ordered. Unbelievable, I understand it's busy but get your act together and stop arguing with customers. Will not be back. I'd steer clear unless you have and hour to wait for 2 sandwichs.

I bought a 6" Steak grinder, with the works today and was "VERY DISSAPOINTED." The flavor was good, but there was hardly any meat on it, one slice of mushroom & pepper and a slice of cheese. The cost was $10.90! I called to speak with the manager, but she was busy and would call me back. That was2 hours ago! I thought maybe a new person was hired and needed instructions on how to make a good grinder. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere!!
