this was not johnny rockets..the food was totally different. bun was completely stale, the lettuce wasn’t the same. both soda machines had no ice, most choices weren’t stocked, and the machines were very dirty. there were no tops for the cups, they were out of ketchup packets, and the cheese on the bacon cheese fries was like queso cheese for nachos..not the usual johnny rockets cheese fries. was edible but not at all johnny rockets.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. As someone who works in customer service Currently, and who used to work in fast food, the work they are doing should not be as hard as they’re making it. There was only one or two people actually making food, and the other five workers were staring cluelessly. there was no AC, So you can imagine how horrible it was to wait for 40 minutes after placing our order.

Only sell a burger (technically 2 if 'add bacon' counts as a separate burger), fries, and chicken tenders, and absolutely none of it is even remotely reminiscent of an actual Johnny Rockets. Burger was burnt beyond recognition, chicken tenders were like deep fried chicken jerky, and the wait was absurd even by theme park standards. On top of that, 4 meals with drinks cost >$100.

Where do I begin? This was absolutely disgusting ? my hubby got me a grilled chicken sandwich just so we wouldn’t be hungry cause the restaurant we wanted to go to was full. This was like microwaved, boiled, dry chicken. It was completely white and nothing about it was grilled. The bread was dry as ever. This was just all around a NO. Do not Get the chicken sandwich.. you will be disappointed. Even if it wasn’t dry, it would Still be a NO!

Had the worst experience that Johnny Rockets at Lake compounds, they substitute all types of food for what you’re supposed to get on the hamburger specially using bacon bits for real bacon spending $17 for a meal as ridiculous help is very rude and not attentive to your

The rule about no customization unless you’re allergic to something is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Thank goodness my burger didn’t come with onions but I still don’t appreciate those 2 employees that gave me an attitude to go with that stupid rule. Never going back to that one

If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally the worse food and service by management. The burgers were cold, bread was hard as a rock. When asked if it could be switched for something fresh management just stared at me and another customers without trying to help. The poor cook that was so nice I have to say. Was trying to help the customers while the managers just stared down at the poor cook. Lake compound need to do better.

The kid didn't know who's food belonged to whom. He had to keep opening each package one by one until he figured what order belonged to whom, and nobody could even move with a sense of urgency while they did anything.Me and the fellow customers who were part of the original line waited in the blistering sun for over 2 hours altogether to get some burgers, chicken tenders, and fries. It ruined my whole trip at the park. Next time I go, I'll just get pizza or hotdogs at one of the other shops.Worst wait I ever had. Somebody needs to step in and do something about that service, it is not OK.

I didn't like it, it took about 1 hour for me to get my snack, and my 6-year-old son's was missing, then it took another 20 minutes to deliver the missing snack. if I could, I would give 0 star.
