Disappointing Takeout Experience! I recently ordered at KFC of Bristol and was quite disappointed with the service. While the food look great felt like lesser quality than a gas station French fries were cold chicken was medium warm. I question how long this food sits under a warmer. The beverage service was completely unacceptable. I was served the wrong drink, and instead of correcting the mistake, the staff insisted that I purchase another drink. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable establishment. It was a frustrating experience that left a negative impression. For something that cost cents why wouldn't you correct that?. This is why KFC's going out of business. Absolutely horrible service. I'm diabetic I can't drink that.. I'm going to go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes from now on. The horrible service actually got me to turn around and take pictures of how clean this restaurant is If your floors look like that how clean are the counters? not only that if the food's cold how long is it been out?Hope corporate reaches out cuz I got plenty to say. Word of advice It's time to take KFC back into corporate hands get rid of the franchises and bring back everything you were.. I grew up in a restaurant and let me tell you if it ever looked like that I wouldn't have a job.. I think it's really convenient how I can't upload the photos of the kitchen

So they took my order i got a 10 chicken tenders and a large fry with a Diet Coke there was no one there it was one guy working and he said wait in the parking space ill bring it to you and I was wating for 4 hours so i went inside and found the guy asleep with YouTube videos playing on his phone and i wake him up say hey buddy my food he makes my food in 10 minutes and the food was dry cold and tasted lime shit (DONT GO HERE!!!) 0 stars.
The worker taking my order did not listen to me no matter how many times we said which meal we wanted and even pointed at the picture. We got the completey wrong order and she was confusing as well as confused. She had upset a few other customers after me as well. The chicken we had gotten was overcooked yet squishy on the inside. I hope this place improves and employees pay attention better.

At 12:50 pm today i ordered the 2 piece combo . 2 orders. The chicken was very oily . Not crispy as requested. The sides were hot and fresh at least that was good . The lady at restaurant doesn’t smile or speak .

I forgot how good kFC is. Just ried the new saucy nuggets, OMG I had the honey Sriracha they were delicious and the French fries are so flavorful u don't even have to dip them in sauce!
