Disappointing Takeout Experience! I recently ordered at KFC of Bristol and was quite disappointed with the service. While the food look great felt like lesser quality than a gas station French fries were cold chicken was medium warm. I question how long this food sits under a warmer. The beverage service was completely unacceptable. I was served the wrong drink, and instead of correcting the mistake, the staff insisted that I purchase another drink. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable establishment. It was a frustrating experience that left a negative impression. For something that cost cents why wouldn't you correct that?. This is why KFC's going out of business. Absolutely horrible service. I'm diabetic I can't drink that.. I'm going to go to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes from now on. The horrible service actually got me to turn around and take pictures of how clean this restaurant is If your floors look like that how clean are the counters? not only that if the food's cold how long is it been out?Hope corporate reaches out cuz I got plenty to say. Word of advice It's time to take KFC back into corporate hands get rid of the franchises and bring back everything you were.. I grew up in a restaurant and let me tell you if it ever looked like that I wouldn't have a job.. I think it's really convenient how I can't upload the photos of the kitchen
