Absolutely love Sofia's! Her eggplant fries are addictive, and this past weekend i ordered lasagna. Called asking if it was loaded with certain things and was shocked to say she makes each piece fresh and would make it however i wanted. It came LOADED with meat and ricotta just like i asked and was so good. Huge portions. I ate it for dinner, then for l unch and dinner again the next day! And it helps that they are the sweetest people always!
I am fairly new to the area, and I am so happy that I have found Sophia’s. In the last two years I have. Ordered many different menu items and I have never been disappointed.. For my birthday, they prepared me a special tortellini dinner and the other food they catered for me was exceptional.. yesterday I decided to try something new and instead of the usual (either pepperoni or sausage) I tried the Primo pizza and trust me, if you try this, it will be your favorite also. Pleasingly gooey, and the combination of ham and pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza was well-balanced. ( I get this may not be everyones favorite but we enjoy pineapples on pizza )The crust had a perfect crunch, adding to the overall delightful experience. Sofia's Pizza in Bristol, CT, is definitely worth a visit for its friendly service and delicious offerings.
