literally ordered 3 snack wraps, guy read the receipt to us, got home, ONLY GOT 1. this mcdonalds ALWAYS messes up the orders. we tried calling to see if they would give them to us tomorrow and they DONT ANSWER. best bet im getting the money back or getting my 2 snack wraps thank you very much.

Just placed an online order and was missing my Big Mac, but did not realize till I got home - cannot even get a phone call through to get refunded.

This McDonald’s is usually my preferred location to go to, but they need to step it up. I ordered chicken strips that is it and I waited 17 minutes. I was told to park and then I proceeded to watch at least 15 other cars behind me get their orders and drive off. After going inside and asking what the holdup is the manager yells to the kitchen staff asking about the strips which they decided to just start cooking. McDonald’s is fast food That’s not even fast and the prices I could go to the diner and pay the same price. Get it together, McDonald’s I’m not trying to spend my whole break waiting For my food

May have been me, however, my order wasn't received as I thought I requested, I ask for six sugars in my coffee, for whatever reason cream was added. Ask for mustard and mayo, no mayo on my quarter pounder.

They were working hard today to help people, though working in retail, people don’t always care much. Some food were made wrong, it happens. Customers there today were the worst ones, food for thought to them, if you want your food right maybe cook at home. I felt horrible for what was said about the workers. And note to everyone else, don’t get yourself in trouble, stay out from behind the counter. Not everyone will side with your stupidity if you get hurt.
