Please, check order before giving to clients if you are going to rush me to move out, if you are not going to make sure all items are in, 3rd time this week I’m missing an item. Unacceptable, is not that hard to fill orders .

Honestly I'm never coming back. I was on the way back from Lake Compounce with my family so we decided to go to this McDonalds. We went through the drive thru and the line was very short and our order took almost 20 minutes. NEVER COMING BACK

I don’t normally leave reviews on “fast food” chains..especially without pictures showing displeasure, but I have to make an exception to my own rule. Let me preface and say this McD’s is so hit and miss it’s like listening to a comedy set from Steve Hofstetter..could be great, but most of the time dull. Got the Chicken Big Mac meal just to see what everyone’s raving about…or shall I say oversized chicken nuggets with sauce because that’s really all it is..2 huge chicken nugget pattys, a ton of lettuce, a dabble or sauce and a couple pickles. Fries were ice cold…mind you, I had to pull up and wait….the least they could’ve done for making you wait, is at least give you lukewarm fries. It wasn’t even busy…so that’s not an excuse. Girl brought it out and said “here’s your food”..no “thanks for waiting”..here’s your food…?♂️ Parking….plenty of it…if you want to sit and wait for your food. I’ve popped in here plenty of other times and had great service…but not this time and this is what warrants the review.

Wish I could go lower. Absolutely worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ben to. Worst service I’ve ever had. Took me 2 hours to get my food. They forgot 40 chicken nuggets. Manager was an absolute joke. Take your money to the Burger King or Wendy’s up the street. This place sucks.

Store honestly is just ridiculous, I work in fast food so I do understand how things happen and by the end of a shift everyone is drained but closing the store 30mins early and constantly messing up orders no matter if you go in or order from a carrier is just ridiculous. Every time I order from here something is always messed up and on top of that they never answer the phone. I try and call ahead before I place my order to make sure they have everything or honestly at this point to even make sure all there machines are running or if they’ve shut everything down yet so I’m not wasting time, just for nobody to answer. I send my order in just for the dasher to arrive and the store is closed yet everywhere online and any other day they’d be open at that time. Manager needs to hire a new staff and GM needs to hire a new manager.

Always have to check the happy meal at the drive thru, once it had no nuggets! Then 2 fries no apples, and no or incorrect sauce? I'm waiting for them to forget the toy, and why do I always have to ask for a straw??? Kids don't understand the mixup when you get home and it's not what you paid for.

horrible services I do not recommend unless you want to waste your day and have a bad time the employees do not understand English they deliver to you the orders are halfway done and they don't know what they are doing and when you complain to them they hide behind and another employee appears who knows a little English so they can understand, I thought it was going to happen to me once but there have been several occasions with different employees It seems like they are all family members who work together, the service is very bad and the food is terrible, cold and not fresh.
