If I could give you no stars I would. I go through the drive thru and 20 min later I get sent to a parking spot to wait for ny food. Half the order comes out cold. The other half missing. I go in and have tk wait another 15 min for my fries and then im still missing items. 45 min at McDonald's 47 dollar later and im eating cold food after working 14 hours. And then when I try to call the phone number isn't valid!!!!

This used to be a good McDonald’s lately they have gone soooo down hill. Everytime I go there the drive thru line is to the road then I always have to go to a number to wait for my food. Usually this is about 20 mins! Tonight I got a coffee and apple pies they were out of apple pies? I was told to wait in a space for my coffee I waited 20 mins and I finally went in and they had forgot about me. The girl made my coffeee and was mumbling something under her breathe about she can get a coffee elsewhere? Talking about me to the other employees as if I wasn’t going to hear her or say anything .. extremely rude and unprofessional

Had a dine-in order for 2 small drinks. Placed the order and then stood in line to pick them up. The young man at the register saw me multiple times standing there and never asked if I needed help. Finally, after 10 mins of waiting, I asked him if he knew where my order was and he then handed me 2 cups which he could have given me 10 mins earlier if he did his job right. Horrible customer service. Go to another McDonalds in town and avoid this one.

Terrible Mcdonald’s, lots of non english speaking workers from the other terrible one on north main, if you have to go to this location make sure you take everything out of the bag and check your food temperature before you pull off and they also lie about putting any sauce in the bag.
Worst mcdonalds ever,im a doordasher and can never pick up my order at night because their “system is down” or they “dont see the customers order”.. this is the only mcdonalds that does this in the area,, im wasting my time and gas aaccepting orders at this location because your night crew is lazy and just want to stand around chat and smoke cigs outside
