I’m giving this place a bad review of course for how many times I use my app and they keep messing up my order not giving me what I pay for? Is this a scandal idk but what I know is they have to get it together with making sure what people pay for. It would suck if you get a deal and not actually get the full benefit of the deal imagine paying for 2 snack wraps for 5 but only receiving 1 scandal betrayal they need to get they’re employees on top of their game.

This is our last time ordering from this location. We ordered in the app and when my husband went to get it he was told to park and then waited over 30 minutes for our food only for half our order to be missing. Eventually everything was brought out, with literally EVERYTHING cold. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with no bun. What I received was a disgusting mess. One of the burgers had no cheese and all of the condiments, including a giant glob of mayonnaise, was under the burgers. My husband ordered McDoubles that were clearly sitting there for a long time and one looked like it had been scraped off on top. I gave this place one last chance. Absolutely atrocious. And the staff does not care. If I could give no stars I would.

I don’t usually do bad reviews especially to what was my favorite McDonald’s location but tonight I placed a mobile order . They forgot one of my sandwiches so me not trying to start a problem. In line . I went ahead and tried to pay for another sandwich (the one they forgot . The rude manager decided to stop the cashier and tell him no we’re not doing an added order . I told him it was already paid for and I paid for it again and you’re refusing to give me one single sandwich when I was the one going out my way to pay for something they forgot and I didn’t even drive off . He then proceeds to yell saying I need to go back around and wait in line when he easily could have just passed me the bag that was literally already ready . The cashier knew The manager was doing too much so the cashier decided to hand me my one sandwich thst the manager could have easily done . The older Caucasian gentlemen needs to be disciplined And retrained on how to be a manager and the cashier that handed me my food without any problem when the manager was acting like it was such a big problem, which was their fault to begin with needs to get a raise for doing the “managers job .

Please clean your store, I left, didn't order, it was dirty. Order screens smeared with a dirty towel and the toilet was backed up.

If I could give you no stars I would. I go through the drive thru and 20 min later I get sent to a parking spot to wait for ny food. Half the order comes out cold. The other half missing. I go in and have tk wait another 15 min for my fries and then im still missing items. 45 min at McDonald's 47 dollar later and im eating cold food after working 14 hours. And then when I try to call the phone number isn't valid!!!!

Would be cool if they didn’t mess up my uber eats everytime I order. Always forgetting something. Order 20 nuggets? Expect only 10 with 4 sauces

This used to be a good McDonald’s lately they have gone soooo down hill. Everytime I go there the drive thru line is to the road then I always have to go to a number to wait for my food. Usually this is about 20 mins! Tonight I got a coffee and apple pies they were out of apple pies? I was told to wait in a space for my coffee I waited 20 mins and I finally went in and they had forgot about me. The girl made my coffeee and was mumbling something under her breathe about she can get a coffee elsewhere? Talking about me to the other employees as if I wasn’t going to hear her or say anything .. extremely rude and unprofessional

Had a dine-in order for 2 small drinks. Placed the order and then stood in line to pick them up. The young man at the register saw me multiple times standing there and never asked if I needed help. Finally, after 10 mins of waiting, I asked him if he knew where my order was and he then handed me 2 cups which he could have given me 10 mins earlier if he did his job right. Horrible customer service. Go to another McDonalds in town and avoid this one.
