I tried to used the coupon for 2 pizzas for 22.95$ and because I added pepperoni to one, it came out to 30.51$ then when I tell him I'm going to have to pay on card he says there is a 1.50$ fee to pay with card(which I think is illegal). I tried to pay most cash and rest on the card and they said they cannot do that, it's 2024! Everyone can do that.... it's unfortunate but I won't return and this is my 15th time supporting them. If I order on the app without their "coupon" it would have been cheaper... smh Empire. Back to supporting Vivaldis

I ordered pizza and chicken quesadillas . I called to explain the chicken quesadillas were OLD COLD and DRY. I asked to be refunded upon returning the food because I did not eat it !The manager was rude , unprofessional ,and has a nasty attitude! He agreed the quesadillas in fact were probably dry but said that’s what the sour cream and salsa is for. He continued to cut me off and argued and denied the food could not have been old or cold bc he just takes the bag of chicken out the freezer and warms it up while asking if I was saying old or cold. He did not offer to fix the problem. Instead told me QUOTE “ I don’t know what to tell you.” “If I refunded every customer that complained about their food then I wouldn’t make any money”! It ended with I’m not giving you anything take it up with SLICE. I asked forHis name and he rudely slammed the phone in my ear and hung up. I called back and asked the employee that answered if I could have the managers name , he put me on hold and came back and replied Ty , I said Ty he said yup Ty and spelled out T- Y and hung up. If you value your money and quality of your food do not do business here. I wish I had read reviews about the place first but I now see firsthand! The photos say enough , I have not ever had a nasty quesadilla until now ? just the looks of it is unappetizing. It was so dry , and hard that you can’t tell the difference between the outside and the inside of it. All the photos look like the outside but sadly some of the images are the inside of the quesadillas! BEWARE STAY AWAY ! I wouldn’t give this to a dog ?!

Calamari was okay but the pizza was terrible! The sauce or something about it tasted bad. Smelled bad too. We had the Empire special. Maybe just one bad experience but not sure I’d try it again.

Horrible ! Noticed how they treat black people as well ! My husband & I always tip & theyre always so rude and pizza is always rock hard , no sauce ! Won’t be ordering again ! Customer service sucks ! Just horrible all around I see why they have low ratings !

Just the best pizza I love them. The only thing I would tell them to work on this the cleanliness and the bathroom is always out of paper when I go.
