So cute in here very nice people and family. Big portions for hella good prices. Gotta big ahhh calzone for $15 with four toppings. They welcomed me in and I felt very comfortable here like it was family! Super nice, mad good food and service. Def 5/5 in Bristol.

Call for delivery service was bad said that food would be delivered in 25 minutes and 1hour 45min. Finally got here after 3 phone calls food was cold and tasted funny bad 👎 supperwas a waste will not order for them anymore

The pizza was very skimpy on the toppings. A 18 inch large house special that felt like a feather.
Service? By the time I got there it should have been ready. I had to wait an extra 10 mins.
The store is vacant and unappealing with pizza boxes stacked on some tables in the dinning area. Workers looked unexperienced, like it's their 1st time running a restaurant.
Used to be a regular with the owners before. Not anymore. When I start hearing good things I'll be back, maybe. Oh and those five star ratings don't count from your relatives. Put in the work and do better.

Food quality has gone down hill after ownership change. Just got about 50% less steak on a grinder than normal.
The people working were nice, but yeah food quality is very far from what it once was.

Now that this place has switched ownership it is awful. This is the 2nd time my food was never mde until i arrived and 1 time they gave it to someone else by mistake. I tried to give them a chance, but this is it.

I don't know what happened to the quality of the pizza, but the last 2 times I ordered a regular cheese pie, it tasted like a cheap school cafeteria pizza.

Never again! I took a picture of my corn beef I made the day before. Because I had to switch it out with theirs. It looked like burnt leather. Not only that but the food was ordered at 5:44 and didn’t make it to us until 7:25. We live 6 mins away. I never leave reviews but this was just bad all around.
When we moved to Bristol this place was good but since it changed ownership it has gotten worse and worse. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered through the slice app for it to be delivered at 6:15pm. At 6:30 my wife called because it had not been delivered. Whoever answered the phone was useless and couldn’t even figure out which order was ours. Then after 6-8 minutes in the phone he said…oh it almost there. Finally received delivery 30 minutes late and the delivery driver asked my wife for a tip. The tip had been paid on the app. So the food was late, he had been paid a tip and was asking for more. GTFO. Then we open the pizza and it was gross. We had asked for extra cheese and light sauce. This thing looked like an Elios pizza I wouldn’t have eaten when I was 10 and it was cold. I took the pizza out to him before he left my driveway and told him to take it back. Plenty of pizza places in Bristol so I’m not gonna waste my time on a place that apparently doesn’t even know how to make a pie…let alone deliver it as expected.

We ordered a pizza today 3 hours prior to the scheduled time through slice since we were on our way home from another state. The time we requested was for 6:15. At 6:30 I called the shop since it was not delivered. They then proceeded to say the wrong order 3 times and finally once they figured out which order it was they said the delivery driver was almost here. Still waited another 10 minutes for the delivery driver to show up and proceed to ask for a tip, which was already given via the app. I opened the pizza and it was cold and not the right pizza! Never again! This place used to be amazing and we’ve been ordering from them for years and it has gone way downhill in the last 6 months.

I can’t speak on the atmosphere or service, other than DoorDash and that was pretty fast. I live not far so the pizza was hot and fresh. Crust is a little harder than what I’m used to for pizza and it’s greasy..but I won’t take away from that. It’s still a delicious pie.

I don’t know if they sold the Buisness , but the brothers who worked there before were awesome the Turkish family . The new owners my grinder is absolutely disgusting and not what I ordered . Never ordering from here again !!!
