Weekly Moe’s trip: Drea and Aaron specifically deserve shoutouts today. Drea, one of the managers there was super kind and specifically remembered me as the regular with great reviews. Aaron gave me a great movie recommendation, kept up great conversation, and even complimented my freshly done hair (he could tell I redyed it!) When we left and told them to have a good night, Aaron made the joke he’d see us soon. Overall, had a great experience, as always (lol)

Quality went down hill here. Everything was mixed with whatever was scraped from board cheese had tomato in it counters filty table never whiped down bathroom locked need to beg for key to wash hands

Moes, when we pay extra for food protein please add extra! I ordered my Homewrecker bowl and the portion was not it! 25$ bowl. You don’t treat your customer like this when we go in the store! So y’all, this is my 3rd time. Just go in the store, not worth it. I’m still hungry 🥴 the food is so good. Ruined my cheat day

Normally I’m a big fan of Moe’s but today I just couldn’t even stomach my meal. I did an online order and got a salad with some fixings and my husband got a stack. The salad was DROWNING in dressing and my husband’s had more pico than anything else. I tried removing some of the dressing myself and it still was inedible. I had to throw the whole thing out. I am not normally one to write anything out on a review but this just struck my nerve. I could understand if it was a busy day and they were rushing but this was just awful. Completely saturated in dressing, couldn’t taste anything but the vinaigrette. Very unfortunate.

Decided to take advantage of the online ordering process. Just beware, the online description isn't accurate. I ordered the salad and intended to split into 2 servings. Well, the dressing wasn't on the side as indicated online. :-(
However, it's a good salad. The chicken is hiding in there somewhere, but all and all, it's decent. I don't think I will use the app again. I always ask from my salad dressing on the side no matter where I go.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls. Received 1 bowl crazy amount of sour cream and a burrito very greasy beef on one ends rice tomatoes guacamole on other end. And so greasy fell apart when try pick it up. 1 bag chips no dipping sauce. Not worth the money. We were to tired to call and complain. Will be last time we order

Can't call it a southwest grill if you no longer cook on a grill. Bathrooms stay locked wich is very inconvenient. Peppers and onions were undercooked. Salsa was bland and watery. The bowls are too small and oddly shaped for the type of food put into them. Staff was nice tho

Refused to take a 50$ bill on a bill that was over 30$. When I said that’s all I have the managers response was, “ok so when I take your 50$ and lose my job are you gonna come to my house and pay my bills? No”. She then told me to find another way to pay it. I’m on lunch break and have no time to find another form of payment. Because the manage refused to give us change for a 50$ bill my father and I didn’t eat lunch. And they threw out the food we had made.
