I had lunch here today. They did a great job from the moment I walked in, greeting me, to ordering food. It was a great experience and I plan on going back. The food was great and service was great and reasonably priced.

We were passing through town and found the Parkside Cafe by pure chance. We are so glad we stopped in! Delicious food, WONDERFUL service - everyone was friendly as can be! The corned beef hash was exceptional and the pancakes were fantastic. Our servers were so kind and thoughtful, and they even helped us with directions around town. Thanks a bunch! It was a pleasure.

Not busy omelet to much cheese orange juice delicious, staff overtly rude yelling at a elderly disabled gentle man

This diner has serious issues with professionalism. One of the waitresses, Amanda, completely crossed the line with her behavior toward my family and made us very uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on her job, she was more concerned with giving inappropriate attention to customers in ways that no staff member should. It was disrespectful and unacceptable. If management allows this kind of conduct, it speaks volumes about the standards here. I won’t be coming back.

One of the best cafes I've been to!
We ordered the Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes with Turkey Bacon and Avocados along with a Mexican Breakfast Burrito and they were all very well made and wasn't strong on the salt and sugar which we liked! The waiter Summer was also extremely nice and attentive even with it being at max capacity
This place is 100% worth going to!

One of the best brunches I’ve had in a long time! The Parkside had a huge menu with so many creative options for sandwiches, sweets, drinks, and more. Our personal favorite was the kielbasa sandwich (Spanky’s revenge), but everything was fresh and high quality. Our server and the owners were incredibly kind, checking in often and making us feel right at home. Cute decor, and it just felt like such a welcoming neighborhood spot. I hope guy Fieri would consider the Parkside next time he’s in CT for Triple D!

Love this place. Their prices are crazy low compared to the food quality. Very clean restaurant. The staff is always wonderful, and I've never had a bad meal.

The restaurant is pretty packed during peak hours, so it can get quite loud just from other tables' conversations. There is no loud music playing, and there is a bar closer to the kitchen which may be a little quieter. If you're noise or crowd adverse, try going during the week.
