The ABSOLUTE worst pizza I've every paid for!!! & when I called to complain the "so called manager" told me to put the pizza in the oven and never order from them again ??♂️? did he think I would??! What type of company says this??? I will never order from them again

Bought a steak grinder last night , got it home opened it and it was soggy and the meat was overdone, we called to complain and they said "we know how to make steak grinders, we make them all day" you don't get defensive at a customer when they feel the food is not right. I expected a little more than you telling us how good you are at making steak grinders, when we are calling to complain about a steak grinder. We never even got an "I'm sorry" They were promptly told that we will never buy from them again, still no apologies, screw them , my advice is to go to corner pizza next to AutoZone or go to Bristol pizza on West street, they actually listen to their customers and take appropriate measures to keep their customers happy , pavilion does not. Just thought I would warn people that the complaint department is never open at pavilion , signed former customer of pavilion.

The food always so fresh, always feel so welcomed even though extremely busy they always make sure to speak, greet, and make you feel comfortable. The grinders amazing, the pizza always cooked perfectly the pepperoni and bacon is a must always. Over 15+ years I’ve been going since I was a child and now able to have my kids experience the greatness of pavilion.
We love Pavilion food. Every time the salads are on point and a great size. The house dressing is amazing, the lady in front end is always so kind and makes sure everything is in the bag or on the table. They are the only rest I know that asks if you want garlic bread or reg bread w your meal free of charge. These guys make an amazing chicken Parm dinner , great grinders, we've never had a problem with anything we have ever ordered. Nor with attitude. The prices are exact to what you get dinners aren't skimpy and the sides are plentiful also. Thanks to the waitresses the restaurant is clean and comfortable to sit down to relax and eat.Parking: Parking is right off the street and maybe some in back of the building but very hard to tell by driving by so just have to pull all the way in back and come back around which isn't convenient for some older folks.
Usually their food is really good, but on this particular day I ordered two meatball grinders, one with peppers and one without. I'm not sure who the cook was, but there was more sauce on them than a jar!!!! I couldn't even really find the cheese.. I ended up throwing the grinder away but they refunded me for one of them.. otherwise the food is usually really good. I guess they were just having an off day?

Best restaurant in town. Owned by Steve who's a very hard worker and built this place back to the original status . His sister Sophia is an angel . The food is top noch and brings back the hometown Friday night . Love the food ,service and atmosphere .

The Best Restaurant in town!! mom and pop shop of the year 2024. if you're looking to try a new spot or restaurant MUST GO HERE!! Great steak and cheese. Tried to go here a 2nd time and was told I could go somewhere else if they were taking too long after simply asking how much longer I'd be waiting on my order (after a 40 minute wait on a 20 minute order time for 1 steak and cheese)
