Terrible. Soggy, undercooked pizza and wings. Salad tasted like it had rancid meat in it. Driver, although friendly went to wrong address. Won't be ordering from again nor will I recommend to anyone. A waste of $50

I ordered from here thru door dash a short while ago and I opted for the pick up my own order option I went to the listed address on riverside ave and learned the location was closed. so I called the number completely baffled slightly upset because they “confirmed my order” but a nice woman answered the phone and informed me they are very much still open how ever they moved to a new location and nothing has been updated yet . So if ur ordering just know they moved right next to the iron horse pub at 150 main st Bristol u just pick up food in the old bank drive up teller lane . Food was great customer service was great lady was really nice

Most recent experience - delivery took an hour and a half and they forgot parts of it. I live 8 minutes away… took the driver another 45 mins to bring the missing food.

So last week I was meaning to leave a 5 star reveiw because they did a great job rectifying something their delivery driver had done and I got the food and it was great I even ordered the carrot cake with it I always order the New York style pizza because I never liked the New England style that they have once I noticed their New York style pizza I've gotten it every time I know that they're in the process or they have converted to Iron Horse Restaurant the past two times I have ordered from them the food has been great I also ordered the carrot cake which they are huge then I ordered from them today ordered the same order that I always get New York style pizza carrot cake and some wings were the same wings as always and they were great the pizza on the other hand seems like they changed the sauce since last week and it is definitely not as good I then open my carrot cake and it's literally a quarter of the size that I got the past two times it was such a letdown I've been ordering from them for years and I've always liked their food just wasn't a fan of their New England style pizza this has changed my outlook I think them changing over to a bigger name restaurant has let them Slack in quality of food and portion size and this is sad because People's Choice has been here for years and I have been ordering it since I was younger their services are still good but as far as the quality and portion size my five star rating that was going to go up here went right to a two in one week two separate orders within the past two weeks and the food has changed dramatically I'm very very disappointed and how they are doing their customers this isn't the People's Choice that I know do better Iron Horse

It used to be good, but ever since they moved. The quality has significantly decreased, their website still says they are on riverside. They aren't they are with Ironhouse now. I ordered 2x since they moved. The 1st was a pickup order that took 1 hr 30 minutes to retrieve for a sandwich and a burger. Which wasn't even good and had no taste. The second time is what prompted me to write this, I ordered a burger, and it was burnt but pink on the inside, with no condiments or toppers. The fries had no seasoning. I paid 5 dollars for those fries, and 13 for the damn burger!!! I'm extremely disappointed. Will never order from them again!

We had a delivery tonight 12/10/24 and it was late which it always is with this one delivery woman who has no personality whatsoever and the food is always cold when she brings it! Never cold whenever anyone else brings it. She needs to go!

TRASH! Did anyone know that they moved and now share a kitchen with Iron Horse Pub? Even the pub's staff is annoyed with their lack of organization! Chicken pizza burnt! I mean BURNT! Never again. Everybody wants to duplicate the NY Style pizza. Not happening bro bro. Waste of my time and money.

I'm disappointed at how far this place has fallen. My go-to was their Italian giant grinder with various toppings added. They are no longer any thicker than any other grinder that you can find somewhere else. The jalapeno poppers are abysmal with no cheese in sight. And to top it off, their receipt says it's from Iron Horse now? If I wanted food quality from there, I would have ordered from there. No wonder the reviews have dropped off so much

A coworker recommended this restaurant so I ordered from here while I was working on 10/2. I order out every time I work here. I never got my small grape soda. I made another order the next time I was at work, tonight 10/12. I asked if I could have my grape soda with this order. The person taking the order said I would need to speak to the manager. The manager told me that I should’ve called and let them know the night it was missing. I wasn’t expecting the driver to drive all the way back just for a soda so I didn’t call back. I figured I’d just get it the next time. She refused to give me my soda. This is the last time I will ever eat from here. Why would I order $50 worth of food then tip $7 for a <1 mile drive to steal a small bottle of soda?

We dislike thier pizza but always ordered and loved thier calzones. Haven't ordered in ages and tonight...calzone. paid for extra ricotta and got mozzarella so thick and next to nothing for ricotta nevermind the extra I paid for. The sauce has changed too. Disgusting. I'm all set.
